Cyber Quest at Arizona Boardwalk

I have taken my niece and daughters here several times. We love this arcade! The games are fun, and the prizes are higher quality than other arcades. The biggest selling point of this arcade is the amazing staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a fun time. I have been impressed with them every time. I highly recommend recommend this arcade, especially if you have young kids!

Oooh this place is so amazing! Definitely worth the price and trip. The game card is free and you load it up with your desired amount. There is an option to pick a preselected amount or if you’re on a smaller budget you can add the amount you’re comfortable with. We are a family of six and spent a total of $32. I wasn’t sure it would last as long as it did but my kids not only played the games they wanted but walked away with some really cool prizes. Again, if you’re on a budget it’s really worth the price! So many games to choose from, a really nice selection of prizes and the customer service was top notch! Speaking on customer service. We actually went to Arizona Boardwalk for The Butterfly Festival but the lines for all the activities were LONG and none of us wanted to wait LOL 🤷🏾‍♀️ So the place was already busy as it is, there were families everywhere and CyberQuest was no different. There was only one man working Nathan and he was on his A GAME!! He remained calm yet had such a fun spirit about him. He made sure he was attentive to all the families and people that were there. He was going back and forth between my family and two others at the prize counter and made it look like a breeze on top of helping customers at the register with food items. Nathan was dancing and singing his way thru a busy time LOL He did not seem overwhelmed and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. That made the experience really cool. I didn’t see any other employees but he was amazing and should be the standard! ❤️🎉 Thanks for having us. We will continue to come and enjoy the arcade 🤗🎮

First off, I was not asked to leave this review in any way. I am taking time to write this because I was SO impressed with our experience at Cyber Quest. We were on a family vacation with 3 kids and decided to stop in on a Sunday night (12/1/24) to entertain them on our last day. The Manager was engaging with my kids, challenging us to some games; he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my kids had a good time. What an incredibly valuable employee you have. My kids are still talking about how nice he was, even days after we left AZ. I always dread leaving these places when the time comes to "cash in" on their winnings and pick prizes. When it came to picking out their prizes, this gentleman was so incredibly patient and was demonstrating how each toy worked and helping them the entire time as they picked their prizes. I can honestly say I was blown away by this employee (I didn't get his name unfortunately) and I truly hope he gets to see this review and knows how special he made my kids feel and how deeply grateful we are for making something that could be just "another day at the arcade", and turning into probably the most memorable time of our entire trip! We had a great day and experience at the Odysea and Cyber quest after! The manager or perhaps owner (Brian?maybe) either way he and the young girls who worked there were helpful and sweet. The manager there went out of his was to make the day fun and memorable-giving free popsicles to the kids in the arcade at the time and even free little toys. My kids were thrilled. He even helped me beyond my expectation for the vending machine that overcharged my card outside in the courtyard. We had a great day and his kindness at our last stop for the day just made the day memorable. Thank you!

I came to this arcade a few days ago with my kids and we had the BEST time thanks to the owner Nate! We were actually visiting the museum but they closed early so we decided to stop in and I'm glad we did. The games are modern and fair priced. My son had a friendly competitive game of basketball with the owner, after many games my son finally came out with the WIN!!!! Lots of laughs and good memories. They also have amazing prizes unlike some arcades. We definitely will be coming back soon. Get ready Nate, I've been practicing my shot, I'm coming for you!
