Danny Kendrick Park West

Hard to get to. Tons of construction. No clear parking lot that I was able to locate. Park is cool, average park, but clean. There are lots of shady trees & walking pathways. Wasn't very busy. Construction was on the large road to the east of the park. Unsure if there is another entrance? It seems to be a secluded neighborhood playground on a greenbelt. The stream is lovely, watch your little ones extra carefully.

A little oasis located on a trail that streches from Miller St on the east to the Apex Center on the west and beyond. The park borders Ralston Creek and has tennis courts and a kiddy playground. Perfect for both walkers and bike riders. Lots of thick green grass and well maintained trees. Bubble Pond to the east of Simms St is home to ducks, geese and more water birds as they make their way from local pond to pond.

This park is a nice little attraction to the city of Arvada. situated at the corner or 70th and Ward it offers a peaceful tranquility in a otherwise bustling and active city. This parks amenities feature playgrounds for the kids and plenty of open space . The Ralston Creek Trail also runs through this park to give hikers, walkers and cyclists a nice little rest stop.
