Super fun place for parents who want to watch sports and entertain the kids. The service was fantastic and there were plenty of games for all ages.

We went by Monday afternoon for happy hour, had the $5 drinks. Food was delicious but pricey. Service was fast and friendly. We were able to watch the game on the big screens while we ate. Then we played some games, it was fun but don’t give to much tickets to redeem.

My chicken burger was OK, fries were decent. The service was absolute trash. Had to get up and get my own soda because no one will check the table after 30 minutes.

Maybe 1/3 of the tables are full and I’ve literally been sitting here for 25 min with no one even stopping by to ask if I’d like to order. My daughter is playing games and wanted a bite to eat. I just don’t get it. With five servers walking around, is there not one of them who notices someone with menus waiting to order? Really? No one? On my worst day I’ve ever had in my entire 46 years alive, not once would I have ever provided this level of service. It isn’t even imaginable to me. I could’ve been the only server for twenty people and been more attentive than this. And businesses wonder why people hate them. This is exactly why. Service is dead.

Took 45 minutes and a walk to the front desk to get water. Took another 30 minutes for staff to come take our order. Food arrived about 20 minutes later, and most everything was lukewarm or cold. Asked for the manager at one point, but they never came over. Have had slow service in the past, but nothing this bad. The place wasn't full either. Music could be turned down some so people could actually hear each other without yelling.
