DEFY Cincinnati

I'm so sorry to say this, but I used to love this place. This is my second time coming up here. I left a review recently that wasn’t good, and I came back to give it another chance, but it was still disappointing. Employees are smoking inside and outside the park, making it smell like skunk the whole shift. They are also parking on the side of the building like it’s a hangout spot. We really need to bring the old Colerain back—this is terrible!

Wow. As a mom and auntie with her hands full. This place definitely gives me a peace of mind. Affordable parties. Great membership perks. I know I can guarantee wear my littles out, Eat good and feel safe with the attentive staff and environment. Hands down one of my favorite convenient spots for my family!

Great place for kids to go and feel free and safe. I will recommend this place to any family. It’s a great investment. I do say their food is good, just need a little more selection. More finger food for the kids, beside pizza!!

I am updating my review, I give Defy 5 stars. Dale is awesome manages this location perfect! All the employees have been very helpful & consistent. Everything is sanitary & organized. Food & drinks are fresh. Prices can be a bit high but with a membership you receive a discount. Great team work employees @ Defy.. Starts with the leader Dale he’s very respectful, helpful, great communication skills overall great performance!

When we first walked in it was very welcoming the staff were very professional, patience, and helpful. I got a membership for multiple children we got there after 7pm the kids were having fun when one of the young staff members was instructed by the manager Raven W. to come over and start cutting off wristbands 7:54pm. I politely told the staff member that we paid until 8:00 p.m. Raven went back up to the young staff member and from her posture and also body language she was not being very respectful or professional to the young team member. She then instructed one of her other team members to turn off the main lights. Then the emergency lights were and Raven left out the building which was a major issue for me because there were multiple children's with physical disabilities as well as young children under the age of two that were in the building that could have been hurt.My nephew suffers from autism which triggered him. There were multiple people who had issues with how unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and pushy she was to get everyone gone before 8pm. I express to the staff how I felt and how that could have been a huge liability for them and also praise the staff member who we interacted with throughout the night they were all so sweet, professional,and understanding.I would have love to come back due to them but due to Raven W running that location I canceled my membership and I will not be returning to that location because you don't treat your customers like that. Christy was absolutely amazing and expressed that I should come down to the Kentucky location. The young team members I give them so much credit for them to be as young as they are they all were very knowledgeable,polite understanding, and accommodating. They show the leadership skills that their leader should have been exhibiting. We would have definitely love to stay with the teams members as long as they were there but as long if Raven is there at the location we will no longer do business with this company. I won't be surprised if there are a lot of complaints from different patrons that were in the building tomorrow.She made our first experience there at the park our last experience and it wasn't enjoyable towards the end.
