The “crew” did absolutely nothing the entire time we were here. They were on their phones and not paying any attention to the kids. Kids were pushing each other off the swing platform, running, the workers did not assist on TWO attractions labeled “ park staff required”!! Kids were jumping in foam pit that is used for swing landings. What a joke the staff is. I realize it’s a Saturday and it’s busy but they should still do their jobs and at least attempt to enforce rules.

The truth is, it’s a little dirty haha but what kids place isn’t. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the brown haired girl at the entrance.

This place is okay. We have come here for a few parties, the place stinks and the people working there weren't friendly. Overall, my kids enjoyed themselves.

Seems like Ty at the front desk needs a little more customer service training. The place itself is great unfortunately we will not be returning due to the rudest at the door. Please remember that first impressions ALWAYS last

Great place for the kids to exercise!! We got the Elite membership for my 3 kids ($25/each). These worth every pennies. My kids love to jump. Weekdays are perfect , not many ppl. They also have sitting area on the second floor for parents to watch the kids. The restrooms are clean.
