Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness at Rockin’ Jump. My son went through the ninja course, and dust was falling from an air duct above, covering him completely. He said it was ‘snowing.’ The amount of dust was alarming and poses serious health risks, especially for those with allergies. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not the standard you’d expect for a family-friendly venue. Would not recommend until they address these issues.

My daughter really enjoyed it and she enjoyed it with her cousin. They gave her a VIP pass. during her cousin‘s birthday party, my daughter really loves that place delicious pizza and they gave her a guest pass

2 stars because my son still had a good time with his friends. Place was ok overall but there was NOTHING available at the concession stand during lunch hours 1-4pm!!! No pretzels, no nachos, no slushies, no dipping dots NADA. Party hosts where MIA and the parents basically ran the bday on their own.

There should be a cap of the number of jumpers BUT, it's such a great place for all ages. The trampolines are well kept. The pit is clean, no bugs (from what I've seen). Very nice staff. I've brought so many of my daughter's friends and even had her Birthday party there. Everyone LOVED it.

This place is terrible. It’s so dirty and all torn up. It’s unbelievable. The netting is stitched up and the netting that separates the 6 years old & under from the advanced jumpers is loose. I spoke to the Manager and he’s like there’s nothing we can do😳
