Dinoland USA

High-up executives are talking about replacing this area of Animal Kingdom, and for a good reason. Dinoland USA feels very out of place from the rest of the park; and doesn’t feel as authentic and mature as the other four areas. It rather feels like a cheap amusement park than something Disney would make. However, that doesn’t mean it’s worth visiting. If you have children, there’s a lot to do for them: there’s a sandpit, carnival games, and a good meet-and-greet area here. You can get Disney plushies from the games, and offer a competitive aspect to this land. The main attraction, DINOSAUR, can be a hit or miss. Some would enjoy it, but others would be annoyed by the tossing of the vehicle. Overall, this would be a good area for kids, but it’s good that it’s being replaced; it’s time for extinction.

A more dated part of Animal Kingdom, with that being said children still have an absolute blast here. There is plenty to do and the boneyard can keep kids busy for a long time. Recommend taking your kids here if they are into dinosaurs but could also use a huge update.

This is a fun place for kids of all ages. There are midway type games and the triceratops spin ride for kids. There is an excavation zone for the younger kids and the thrilling ride Dinodaur for older kids and parents. There are also plenty of photo opportunities with characters like Daisy Duck, Donald, Chip and Dale, quick food and snack services. Don't miss out on the fabulously dinosaur themed Merchandise of Extintion gift shop and the Dino Institute Gift Shop for your souvenirs.

This part of the park is very dated. Dinosaur is a pretty fun ride but it definitely feels like it's from the 90's. The theming is cool in a campy way but that's about all it has going for it.

Love Dinoland! Very cute and educational. Great for kids. Lots of quick service food options nearby. And fun dino themed carnival rides. Home of the amazing Dinosaur ride! The ride is thrilling for both kids and adults.
