DreamWorks Water Park

This was AWESOME!!!! Super clean with plenty of lockers, showers (with soap), lounge chairs, and bathrooms. I think the price was very reasonable for the experience. We spent an entire day here. The wave pool was awesome. My 5 year old was 43 inches. She could enjoy just about everything, even independently. My 2 year old obviously could do less, but was never bored. The splash area was fun with mini slides and all. You don't have to get off rides the lazy river. You can just keep going around and around, so that was neat. Same with slides. When you get off, you do need to get back in line, but not the line for rafts. You can choose to keep your raft and just head right back to the line, or you can give it to someone waiting. That was the only thing that was a little odd - the place you went to pick up the raft was not near the entrance to the line for the ride. You actually had to go downstairs to get a raft, them back track and go upstairs to actually get on it. The section with big slides could definitely use more signage and directions. When I stopped to ask other guests where to go, they said they were lost, too. There is a food stand inside and I will say it is kind of hidden. We saw it, but not the kids, which I appreciate because we were able to sneak past it without whining. Same with gift shop stuff. It was there, but not in your face. We will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend it

I would dare say the best indoor waterpark in the country. We all know it’s the largest. I’m pretty surprised by some of these reviews people going on weekends expecting sanity are themselves insane. I would never go on a weekend let alone Christmas vacation weekends. The reviews are about how busy it was during Christmas vacation. This is pretty logical and common sense which Lailah and others should know. I went on Christmas Day. It was open from 12 noon to 6 PM and we had an absolute blast. Newsflash: amusement parks on weekends are busy!!

The water park was extremely good and there were almost no lines for the rides on Christmas day. There is food in the park and a massive wave pool. There are about 6 big water slides and a big zone for children. The hot tubs were great and the 170 foot drop was exhilaratingly fun.

This waterpark is worth a visit when staying in New York. We went there with our daughter (11) and she did not want to leave. This slides are amazing, the ambiance with all the bright colors are like a fairy tale. We spend a couple of hours because we had other things to do in New York because of the good weather but you could easily spend the entire day there on a rainy day and you wouldnt get bored. With bus 355 leaving from Port Authority Buss Terminal it will take a half hour (depending on the traffic) to get there in New Jersey

My kids loved this place and I enjoyed it too. Some things to know: - Parking is $5 - Lockers are $20 - Tickets are $10 cheaper online than if you buy them at the gate. - There has to be at least one 14 year old in the party or you need to buy your own entrance as well, so if you're thinking of dropping off your kids and hanging out in the mall, think again. - the lightning pass is $50 and worth every penny. The park doesn't get busy until 1pm, but once it is, you'll be able to ride 3 to 4 times the rides. I actually tracked the difference with one ride that we went on and in 1 hour we rode 4 times while the group that was at the end of the line when we started finally went by the last time we rode. Other than how packed it got by mid-afternoon, we loved it and will be going back.
