Entangled Escape Rooms - Marysville

Really enjoyed doing a 2 player experience with the room Marie’s Children. Highly recommend this experience, music does get a little louder the closer to the end you come. That aside, it was tons of fun, the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend!

Affordable and low frills on the exterior and waiting room. Bathroom was clean, which was super important to me when I got there. This was our second time there and would definitely do so again, but probably with like minded adults rather than our kids. Not for any reason other than kids are easily distracted and we (my wife and I) did a majority of the heavy lifting anyhow. Did the creepy doll escape room, successfully scared the crap out of our teens (incredibly satisfying), made it out alive, agreed with my wife that we need no more kids. I’ll call it a success, you should go!

DO NOT COME HERE. I don’t even know how to start this review. We had a horrible experience. Most of the staff we’ve encountered have been great. This is the 3rd time we’ve come. The employee said the bigger tip we put in the donation jar the more clues we got. We didn’t have any cash and we already paid $90 for the room. Fast forward we probably got 3 clues the whole hour. Later on the employee cranked the music up so much, my boyfriend and I couldn’t hear each other. We then politely asked if the music could be turned down, the employee told us it wasn’t loud and turned the music up full blast and it hurt our ears super bad. The last 2 minutes of the hour, we weren’t even half way through the room so we decided with the full blast music and the lack of clues we were going to forfeit. We walked out of the room and asked if we could please be let out. No response. The timer went off. (So the escape room was officially over.) We asked again to be let out because the door to the lobby was locked. We started freaking out. 5-10 MINUTES later. We started pulling and pounding on the locked door repeatedly asking to be let out. I started freaking out bad. I leaned on the wall to my right and an employee door opened. The employee walked out and yelled at us and asked us what we were thinking. We were so confused because for the last 5-10 minutes we were begging to be let out. After 2 trips here we were super excited to go. Never did we think we were going to have this experience.

We went as a group of two for Marie’s Children, and it was so much fun. We needed a bit of help in the right direction but the clues were endless, clever, and so beautifully done. If I could forget this room and go do it again, I would.

Great room. It's a little pricey but worth it. My only small complaint was that clues were given out too freely and without asking. We were trying to figure things out and a clue would be announced. Thats my only small complaint.
