Escape Duck Escape Room

Looking for something new? Unique experience and game mechanics really made this place special for my whole family. Where’s what my son thinks… This place is awesome. The lobby is filled with a bunch of duckies. :D there is even a little swing! Big duckie on the couch and is awesome. There are large and cute stickers everywhere. My family did the Grand Thieves escape room. (I cheated and unhandcuffed myself without keys hehe) anyways it was very fun, gave a generous amount of time to escape and even had a cool plot twist near the end :O the room used very clever puzzles that are fairly challenging. Also, if you find 5 hidden coins, you can get a FREE keychain, and if you find a sixth, you can get an I would HIGHLY recommend going here. 5 stars.

Group of 6. We had so much fun with Grand Thieves. Challenging, but rooms worked well and nicely designed. Great host. Good memories.

As of Oct 29, there were two escape rooms in the San Gabriel location: Grand Thieves and Corpse Whisperer. Our group went with Grand Thieves and was able to escape! The host was nice and patient with explaining the rules. Some members had different side missions, which made it interesting. The puzzles were definitely hard, and it was nice that we were able to ask for hints. The only feedback I have is that I wish there is an option to put in a deposit and pay or split in person when we get to the location. When new escape rooms are available, I would like to come back and try them

My group and I tried the Red Room and while it was interesting, the room didn't work great. For a lot of the puzzles, a cabinet wouldn't open, a safe wouldn't unlock, etc. even when we put in the right code/combination. The host was nice and helpful, but he had to interfere a few times because the room wasn't working like it was supposed to (ex: coming in to hand us a prop that should have been in the room after we had already spent 20 minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't there). This got a little frustrating because we didn't end up finishing the room, but we think we could have if the earlier puzzles had worked correctly. Overall, I think the room was interesting and the staff was helpful, but the overall quality of our experience was not worth the time or price.

Friday September 6th at 6:30pm was the day we went, we booked before hand and we told the boy working we were gonna be late but he was okay with it, very kind. The room was very fun and the puzzles were unique. The highlight of the day was the boy, he was so kind and helpful, I wish every place had a person like him, I wish everyone had a person like him.
