Parking is a little tough but that's to be expected of the area. The employees are really fun and really committed to their characters. The room puzzles were really fun as well. The only thing is that one of the rooms has a puzzle element that I had assumed was NOT part of the room as this is the case in other escape rooms. After that slight hiccup was solved we were able to get through the room fairly well but the puzzles still felt fairly challenging enough to be fun

We always come here once a year, on a birthday, to try a new room. I don't have many complaints. It's just that they need to update some rooms and do repairs on the puzzles. Some of the puzzles are soon worn that they basically tell you the answer, or so worn that it won't register that you pressed the button, etc. However, the main reason why I post this is the upstairs restaurant. It was packed, so it was expected to have a bit of a wait time when ordering. Our waiter was nice at first, but as time went on, he progressively got more and more rude. Multiple times, we caught him rolling his eyes when we ordered more food. We stayed for around 2 hours at the restaurant. However, we kept ordering food and drinks around the clock. It's not like we ordered water and nothing else. Two hours before closing time, we order one last round of food, and the waiter has the audacity to ask us when we are leaving cause we've been there a while. Once again, we ordered around the clock, and we wanted to enjoy our stay since we only come once a year. Sadly, after it was known, he was tired of us. We immediately asked for the checks, and we didn't want to stay if we still had him as our waiter. So, I recommend ordering your drink, appetizer, and entree and just leave after that.

We booked the haunted fair since it had a 75% chance of escape and got out with 7 minutes to spare, the scare factor was also adequate. As someone who thinks of herself as a connoisseur of puzzles it was a good and pleasant challenge, some took longer to figure out but nothing was too hard. You just have to keep in mind that most escape rooms have a secondary room in them, and to not waste time and trust your guts. We’re only used two clues and the system was pretty high tech as it knew where we were approximately and what was causing our confusion. We’re going again on our last day before heading to the airport, and will be looking for other locations back home.

I absolutely love this place! The ambience and rooms are fantastic! We managed to escape The Attic. I have done multiple rooms and each one has well thought out puzzles and the scare factors just add so much to the experience. I also highly recommend the Room 13 bar that’s upstairs. The drinks are delicious and the singers are fabulous.

Before I even get into the room, I want to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and aesthetic of the lobby. The service there was also engaging — everyone in character, yet still remaining helpful for our group of escape room veterans and newbies. A special shoutout to Julia Maya for making our first experience at Escape Hotel personable and exciting. My friends and I did the Attic and the room was as immersive as the lobby with difficult puzzles and a haunting space. We will be back again!
