Escape Rooms Southern Maryland

We had SO MUCH fun!!! We booked one room, then after doing it, we had to book the second and do it too! The owners are SO friendly and so much fun to talk to! I highly suggest this for any friends, families, or groups that just need to kill some time! More people should do escape rooms because they are so fun!

We were very impressed by this center. We haven't escaped, but we enjoyed our times so much. This is our first place we recommend and seek out. Unlike other centers, this center offers you the group number minimum of 2, which is nice for small or large groups. No matter the age. This center allows for hints to be asked for or given "as seen in" confusion. This comes in handy for those of us that want to be stubborn and figure things out on our own, like my group does, OR when we need help because were not wanting to ask for help. The VERY CLEAR expectations of removal of signs and what is IN play makes the puzzles SO much more interesting because you don't have to waste time trying to figure things out, while digging yourself in a hole, and wondering if it is a trick or not (so you dont come out of character of solving the puzzles). And there is something about being able to escape not only the current room your in, but also two or 3 other rooms, is SUPER exhilerating when you think you have escaped THE room and are so much closer to the end line. If we had to say there is a downside to this center, we would say it is the fact they are located inside a dual occupied business esrablishment that closes before they do, which can be confusing to some. And that we have never escaped without hints nor with hints. But this does not stop my group of 2-5 from trying.

My wife planned this experience for my birthday! This was my first time at an escape room and it was not disappointing at all! Everything was part of the event, and there were multiple rooms with tons of elements to the puzzles. It was elaborate and creative and I can’t wait until we go and try another one. My father and I used to play Myst and Riven on the computer when I was a kid and this was right up that alley. If you’re local I definitely suggest you give this a try for some solid fun!

We have done escape rooms at quite a few locations, and this is our favorite! We have enjoyed both rooms that we have done, the staff is really great about timing with clues, the rooms are engaging and have a good amount of challenges. Very pleased with the price for an hour of fun as well.
