Escape the Room San Antonio

so i came in yesterday to do an escape room with a group of friends and i really enjoyed the experience we had there. it was super fun ! the establishment is also very clean and tidy. the guy that helped us out was super friendly. biggggg shout out to kalvin!!!!!.. he made us feel extremely welcome and helped us out whenever we were struggling immensely. the hints were very helpful too. i really do recommend coming to this place if you want to have some fun with friends or family!

It was okay. The game was missing a lot of quality of life features you see in other escape room places that make the experience smooth. For example, getting a hint required yelling at a camera and waving your hands. Then when they gave the hint it was hard to hear them sometimes. Some places have a button for hints and then you have a screen with the hint written out. The escape room was still fun, the staff gave clear instructions and were kind. 3 stars for an okay experience.

This was our first time trying the escape room. We are from out of town. We had 4 grown adults in our group. We got stuck with a bunch of little kids and two of which didn’t even want to be in the room. Two only spoke English. It was a disaster to begin with. We asked for us to get moved to a different time slot or if we could change to another room and we couldn’t do that so we got suck with these kids. The two older were very helpful but that’s all we had. We asked for hint and yes they said they couldn’t give us hints until a certain time. One of the things we had to do is the dynamite and it was not working we kept trying and trying and that took a lot of our time we kept saying that we are doing what is being asked but it wasn’t working. Ultimately we didn’t finish because the kids were putting in the code backwards.We didn’t get offered any pictures or when I was asking questions as to what we got wrong the guy didn’t really want to answer me and wanted us to just get out the room. Over priced, awful first experience, customer service lacking, will never again, maybe I’ll have a better experience somewhere else.

Our team completed The Dig. The puzzles had the right amount of challenge to test our abilities! One of the puzzles didn't work properly, so the employee had to deliver our next clue (which impacted our time a bit), but overall the experience was great.
