Escapism: The Ritual Room Escape Room

The room was amazing! Loved the theme. Kimberly was working and when my friend and I did it - she was very king and courteous throughout and the hints she gave were perfect (didn't reveal too much but made sure we were going in the right direction). Will definitely be doing some of their other rooms!

Such a fun experience doing the Ritual Room! Kimberly was a lovely host for when we needed some assistance, but the puzzles were innovative and fun. A perfect challenge for my husband and me.

We liked the Ritual Room Escape room quite a bit, had a cool atmosphere and the puzzles felt engaging enough and moderate for newer players like us. I enjoyed the 2nd “phase” of the room personally, It was a cool touch :) 5* but I think the one puzzle of the shredded notes was the toughest, bc of the cursive. Small critique from me but this room was fun for a large group.

Cool clues and game mechanics. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed being able to take group pictures wearing ceremonial robes once we completed the challenge. Kimberly (host) was pleasant, easy-going and fun.

My brother and I wanted to do an escape room last-minute. We were told there wasn't anyone at the location we went to at first, but because of a cancelation we were able to get in to do the Ritual Room! We had a great time solving the clues, and the atmosphere in the room was fantastic. We both enjoy weird/occult stories, so it worked out perfectly. Special thanks to Madyllyn! Before we got started, she reassured me that there wouldn't be any scare actors or anything of the sort, and also let me know about something to help me feel more comfortable (no spoilers!). She also answered our questions really thoroughly and patiently and gave us some excellent clues when we needed them. It was a great experience! Thanks very much to everyone involved. I'll definitely look to do another room next time I'm in Portland (and will plan ahead next time)!
