Tried to buy tickets a day in advance but website wasn't working. Called and endless ring, no answer. Arrived 11am on a Sunday and was apathetically told at waterpark entrance they were at capacity from hotel guests, would have to wait until 1pm to enter. A family behind us who drove an hour to get there was told the same thing. Went to the hotel front desk to inquire further and surprisingly was given attitude instead of understanding for questioning why the website didn't say anything about this, not even a disclaimer. Politely made a recommendation to change this so that others in the future don't also run into this issue which will surely happen again, but was again given a very dismissive attitude by the staff. Writing this review so others know and don't get screwed over themselves.

The price to purchase tickets if you're not a guest at the hotel is expensive ($185 for 3 people). The staff couldn't keep up with the towel demands, and there were a ton of used towels in the changing rooms. Luckily, we brought our own but could only get 1 for 3 people. The showers didn't have any body wash/shampoo, so dont expect to shower unless you bring your own stuff. There are lockers, but you can't use them, so safety was a little bit of a concern. The wave pool was a little gross with some of the things floating in it. The hotel was updated but the pool didn't seem to be. The slides were good, and there was plenty of seating. I can't speak to the food or drinks since we didn't order any.

It's a place to visit, Very well facilitated with warmers during winter. Lifeguards are on alert always with a variety of slides, jacuzzi, riverway, kids pool side.

We went to Edaville Festival of Lights then spent the night at Cape Codder. There is a decent size water park that my grandchildren enjoyed (age 5 &7). The lazy river was closed for construction but we still enjoyed the rest of the Waterpark. There is a wave pool but not rough like some wave pools we've been in.It was clean and well staffed. Nice clean towels ready for us. We liked that although checkout was 11: we could stay at the Waterpark until 1:00. The one one thing I'd recommend is to bring puddle jumpers as they do no provide life preservers. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did take the extra pillows & blanket out of the closet. One pillow just isn't enough. There is a restraunt attached we enjoyed breakfast at. The food was delicious & our waitress was very good.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The smell of chlorine is crazy I ended up leaving early then expected due to the high smell I could hardly open my eyes. It was overly crowded people had no place to sit. Understaff
