Flip N' Fun Trampoline Park

First time visiting for my daughter’s friends birthday. Clean facilities, a lot of activities to choose from, games cost extra if attending a birthday party. Friendly staff. Kids have fun! The main objective.

I recently hosted a walk-in birthday party for my granddaughter at this venue. We arrived three hours early to secure a good table and allow my granddaughter more time to play. Fortunately, we did not purchase all-day passes in advance, as the power went out just one hour before the party was scheduled to begin. This allowed me to notify the parents of the attending children, many of whom were either just leaving their homes or already in transit. I had planned to pay for each child upon their arrival after confirming their height and sock size. Instead, we were issued rain checks valid for three weeks. This was our first visit to the venue, and I was impressed by the variety of activities offered, which far exceeded what I’ve seen at other jump centers. My granddaughter enjoyed the time she spent there before the other children arrived, but it was understandably disappointing that she was unable to fully experience her party. She missed out on jumping, playing laser tag, riding the bumper cars, and enjoying all the other attractions with her friends.

I went for the last hour with my family of course it was our first time, having said that we noticed 4 people were playing in the VR game area. Us thinking it was a group of friends or family we waited patiently our turn. These were Employees taking up Game Time from Their Customers!!!! We asked if they were still available for playing they said they were already closed! Our family paid and missed out on what we came for bc their employees don't care about their paying customers service!!! They played up to Closing! Extremely disappointed in the facility!! And Management in charge!! I need someone to reach out for this poor experience

We recently hosted my son’s 9th birthday at Flip N Fun this past Saturday and everything was exceptional. The entire facility is clean and the staff/service is amazing. We had Ms. Lesley as our party host and she was wonderful. For a party of 45 people, everything ran so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

0 complaints. I took my family before the rush of people came in and was a great time. This was around 1230. Around 2pm forget about it, way too many people lol. I think it depends on what you like as well. Regardless staff walks around constantly to ensure safety and the facility is really clean. Would return. Decent prices as well.
