Fun Land of Fairfax

First time here. My children had a blast! Came here to celebrate a birthday. They got to try out almost everything. Lines were way too long for the trail/zip line, go cart and the ticket/prize line. Other than that, we enjoyed our time with friends!

First things first the place is nice for kids annd and adults highly recommend ! But let’s get to the customer service with food and drinks. I bought a family pass online which includes a pizza and 4 drinks. I go to the bar once we’re ready and the bartender/server snatched the ticket and it wasn’t just from me but everyone else around me. No eye contact no hello no thanks you or welcome back. I asked for a ginger ale and the person gave me coke and starry lol it didn’t taste like anything but that and it was nasty. To mention no refills with such an attitude after paying $125 is crazy as well. It took over 5 mins just to exchange my soda and I’m pregnant so I couldn’t drink anything else. The pizza came out almost cold and was given no plates or napkins. I had to asked twice for them and said we had no plates but here some napkins. When the kids came to get their drinks the person waited to even speak to them so I had to go up there. Just the whole attitude of whoever was there that day was bad but the place is very enjoyable. Laser tag was fine until more people came in which was cool but they wanted to do 3 teams which I had no problem so they asked the person said yeah but I don’t feel like it. Now to have such a attitude over working at a fun place where kids come to enjoy theirselves, is weird. I wish I would’ve took a pic of my soda. I work in the service industry as a bartender and to experience bad customer service from a place for adventure is odd.

We had a birthday party and it was fun for the kids and parents as well. Lots to do including zip line, arcade, wall climbing, go cart, laser tag etc. the wristband included around 500 points for the arcade. We booked the party room for 2 hours and had pizza, soda etc. We easily spent 5 hours. It was a fun day for all.

I have been here a few times and have always had a good time. Service was amazing, Food was delicious, the place was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful We had an enjoyable hours playing games from basketball to coin dozer type games to actual arcade games. There were lots of games of all types. and we’ll definitely keep coming back. It’s the perfect spot for kids to have fun and make memories!

It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Very busy and kid friendly. The food was surprisingly delicious and this location has a great variety of games. Can’t wait to return!
