Fun World

Absolutely a fun place for all ages! They have various different types of games ranging from racing games to fighting games and even some classic arcade style games. On top of that, they have a massive 2 story Merry-Go-Round and other rides INSIDE the building. I'd highly recommend bringing kids & family here!

Plenty of arcade fun well actually three floors full of games. First time here and the prices and the customer service skills were excellent for two children to be entertained for a few hours of fun. Subject: Concerns about Customer Service and Military Discount Verification at FunWorld Nashua Dear FunWorld Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the poor customer service my family experienced during our visit to FunWorld in Nashua on Saturday, February 15,2025 Firstly, we observed the cashier being rude to her trainee, cutting him off mid-conversation while he was assisting us. This behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Furthermore, when we asked about the military discount, the cashier asked for my husband's military ID. After verifying the ID, she made comments that were perceived as discriminatory and unprofessional. She questioned the validity of the ID and asked if my husband was active, implying that she was unfamiliar with the ID. I would appreciate clarification on whether this treatment was specific to my husband or if all customers presenting military IDs are subjected to similar questioning. Additionally, we were disturbed by the behavior of a team member working on the second floor playground area. She spoke in an unacceptable manner to a 15-month-old baby, demonstrating a clear need for retraining. The playground area itself was also poorly designed for parents needing to supervise their children. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take necessary actions to address the issues with customer service, military discount verification, and staff training. DDR Extreme is 3 tokens per set, and StepmaniaX is 4 tokens per set. Recently, there was a maintenance effort to clean the pads and make the panels less recessed. DDR Extreme I was able to play two sets of three 10-footers back to back (although admittedly it was painful because I'm not really in shape lol). There's also a community of dance game players that come over from time to time.

Place is skeezy. Lots of broken games, no one attending the rides, play area is closed. Several rooms being used as storage. Old racetrack outside, clearly not being used. Lower parking deck is closed, so parking is limited. Bathrooms were gross, no urinals in the men's room. Only two stall and one was small enough that an adult would have trouble sitting down. Saw several old creepy dudes walking around without kids. The only positive was that the machines weren't that token hungry and $20 (plus free $7 bonus) went pretty far. Would not come again.
