FUNBOX Boston-Marlborough

Terrible experience at Funbox. We drove nearly 50 miles after hearing about it, but to our surprise, the place was not hygienic at all. Most of the play areas were stinking, and we even saw blood stains from injuries that hadn’t been cleaned. It’s completely unsafe for toddlers or younger kids—there’s no separation between bigger kids and younger ones, and we encountered several aggressive kids, narrowly avoiding a few accidents. If you don’t care about hygiene and want to invite infections, go for it. Otherwise, it’s a big NO. Definitely not worth risking your kids’ health. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a great experience here! I brought my 2 kids and they had a blast. All of the employees were respectful and professional and also caring. As well as the general manager Gilbert he was caring and respectful and also very professional. I was able to not keep eagle eyes on my kids because the employees kept eye on everyone and made sure everything was in a safe environment! I will be definitely going back and letting everybody know to come here. GO FUNBOX!!!!

Will be coming back! The kids had a great time bouncing out their energy. The manager Gilbert was also very respectful and helpful whenever we needed anything. I also like how there were employees all over to watch over the kids just in case anything were to happen. That helped me be able to step away for a moment without worry. Thanks for the great experience!

My 4 and 12-year-old loved everything about this. It was for them a bouncy house city if you will, they loved it loved it loved it. I would highly recommend it to any parent. It was worth every dollar the space was clean. The staff was Friendly and kind. My biggest suggestion would be make sure that the socks your children wear have grips because getting up some of the slides, and some of the other obstacles within some of the bouncy houses can be challenging especially if you don’t have that strength yet or a parent behind you to help push the kids up and over. Also if you’re going out and it’s a sunny day makes certain if you can’t put your child in a hat that you put sunscreen on them, bring lots of water and make them take water break; the bouncy houses will heat up from the direct sunlight.

Big and spacious! Fun for the whole family. We went for my son's bday and felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The manger Gilbert was helpful and knowledgeable. He and his crew kept the place clean and safe for all the kids there. We will be back!
