Customer Feedback

Customers have shared mixed experiences about FUNBOX Buford. Positive reviews highlight the clean venue, well-organized layout, and friendly staff, with many returning visitors expressing satisfaction and intent to revisit. However, safety concerns have been raised, particularly regarding toddler safety in areas where children of varying sizes and ages interact without age-grouping. Some reviewers noted insufficient supervision and cleanliness issues.

While the park offers a fun concept, it may be more suitable for older children unless improvements are made in age-segregated play sessions and staff oversight.

Play area very unsafe for toddlers/little kids. This place really should have bouncing time divided by group ages. They have all the kids small and big jump together at the same time. A lot of big kids play rough/jump/run fast so aggressively. Little toddlers or small kids get pummeled/pushed/kicked on including my kid. Insufficient staffing in the play area to supervised the large big slides. Employees that are supposed to be monitoring are sitting in corners faces buried into their phones. Also very dirty! Fun concept but not safe for small kids Unless they have play time divided by group ages. Will not be back!

We had so much fun!! Clean venue, very organized and everyone had a very pleasant attitude. I would recommend to everyone and I'll definitely be taking my kids back every chance I get.

Update to respond to business owner: I bought the tickets online for 3:30pm, showed up at 12:30. Why did y’all close at 1:30pm for cleaning and they say I couldn’t return? I have the receipts it’s not poor planning it’s y’all being untrained and screwing people over. Again I got the receipts to show you. Bought tickets online, less than an hour at the park they said they were closing to clean. I asked when would we be able to comeback. They said that I was unable to comeback due to the stamp they gave me (huh?). Well that was a waste of $58, for two tickets and socks, luckily my youngest was free so I saved $20 there. Bottle of water, $3.18, nowhere on God’s beautiful green earth should a bottle of Deerpark water be $3.18 ever.. Lesson learned and now the kids know this place is a complete ripoff. Staff: some of them are legit, others were there just to get a paycheck and post on social media.

You should know that everyone who stays here needs to purchase tickets even though adults stay outside. My kid is 9 years old and she was with her friends. We didn’t want to pay $100 for 2 kids and 2 adults. We didn’t know that earlier so we purchased only for the kids and realized later. We asked for a refund, but they didn’t give us one. And instead provided a phone number. We called the number, but in the end, we didn’t get a refund. Update after response from the owner: Actually, there were 3 adults, not 2, and none of us realized that we needed to purchase tickets for adults when buying through the website. It may have been written somewhere, but it was hard to notice. Okay, I will say it was our mistake that we could not recognize EACH OF US. However, we did not sneak in without paying. We purchased a child's ticket first, and waited for the time. Right before entering Funbox, I asked if adults needed a ticket, just in case, when my child got stamped. They said yes. We thought it was too expensive because we had to pay another $75 ($25 x 3) just to stay. Our kids are 9, so we didn’t need to join them in the jumping. We didn't get any service. WE DID NOT TRY TO SNEAK IN WITHOUT PAYING!!!! So, we requested a refund, but they said they couldn’t provide one and gave us a phone number instead. And ended up didn't get any refund even though we called. So I had to request not charge to the bank later. Because we did not get any service. The employee even mentioned that Six Flags also requires adult tickets. But how can they compare themselves to Six Flags? Of course, we need to pay for adults for the Six Flags. Haha.

Awesome experience! My kids had a blast and slept good afterwards. They have been asking me all day today when we can go back.
