Intriguing concept, horrible execution. I’d like to start with the fact that there were 10+ employees sitting around a table at the front entrance on their phones doing absolutely nothing while 1 single guy was doing check-in and wrist banding guests. No one could even bother to look up and say hello or welcome us. The place, despite the cloudy weather, was pretty desolate and in NO world would need that much staff. It had rained the day before, and we immediately learned that they should close the day following rain because your socks get soaked within minutes and it is such a disgusting mess. Every corner of every bounce area was soaked and a slipping hazard. I’m surprised more children weren’t face down and crying. Shoe area smelled worse than any locker room I’ve ever stepped foot in. So unpleasant, but a nice offering in theory. Overall, underwhelming. Not as many games and obstacles courses as we expected. Definitely not as much fun. Sno cones were delicious even though the flavors were janky and labeled poorly. Definitely needs some upgrading.

This was an awesome experience. Very family friendly, clean and organized. The staff were great as well. We are a family of 4 with two toddlers and we all has a blast. It wasn't too crowded but just enough so everyone could enjoy themselves in their own zone. I look forward to when they come back to the area. In the meantime we will definitely visit again before they pack up. The prices weren't bad at all either.

I preface my review acknowledging that this attraction is geared towards kids. I know that. Went on their opening day in Cherry Hill with adult friends and a couple teens. I would have enjoyed it more had it been teens and up only. Watching out for kids and not wanting to accidentally run into or fall into them made it hard to enjoy. Perhaps a dedicated adult only time would he worthwhile. We paid for 80 min but after about 20 min we got a bit bored as we couldn't do anything fun enough beyond just kind of walking around the bounce area. The requirement of wearing non-slip socks is understandable. However, the port-a-potties have urine on the floors. So kids (and adults I assume) are stepping in that and then running all around the bounce area getting that all over....and then you slide down with your bare skin (arms/legs) rubbing across it. I'm not sure if anyone has thought of that but it's something to consider I don't know if outside food or drinks are banned but if not, bring them. Bottle water was $3 and snow cones were $7. I would give it another star if it were possible for adults to not have to have fun that wasn't just looking out for other kids or weren't charged or charged considerably less as we just kind of stood around. Lastly, the workers need to wear more identifiable uniforms. It seems they were teens or young 20 year olds wearing shorts and grey polo shirts. They didn't stand out amongst the other patrons and made it unclear if anyone was monitoring the play area at all.

Surprised my daughter and brought her here. We had a great time. Only issue was there were a lot of bees everywhere and they didn’t clean out the leaves. But we will definitely go again.

Meh, at best. There were some shaded/rest areas, and drinks/water ice available for purchase. Music was not kid friendly (unedited versions played), and no water stations/fountains available. My kid (8) said they “had fun, but wouldn’t want to go again”
