FUNBOX LONG ISLAND - DEER PARK

I planned a party for my 4 year old son and I was highly disappointed. They don’t answer the phone or emails as I’ve reached out multiple times before and after the ‘party’. I would still like to speak to a representative in regards to my experience as soon as one sees this as well! My issue is I paid twice as much as I should have as I thought the experience would be so much better. The bounce house wasn’t as big as advertised, a few ‘bits and pieces’ weren’t blown up/ working and it was quite dirty. There was visible dirt build up and mold in a lot of areas. The ‘party’ area where we had ‘seating options’ wasn’t blown up and/or properly covered as that was ‘out of order’.I give 3 Stars because my son had a great time regardless of the circumstances but I would not come back to any future exhibitions nor would I recommend to anyone I know.

This was ok but I would never go back to this again if they came back into town. My son enjoyed himself but the bounce house itself is filthy. I know it rained recently this week but the inside was so wet and there were areas of puddles inside that would completely submerge your feet if you stepped on it wrong. Even if you try to avoid it, guarantee your feet will get wet somewhere inside. I was really disgusted. No restrooms nearby so prepare yourself if you go. I honestly don’t think it’s worth it. I found it contradictory when they announced the session was ending for maintenance and cleaning because this place doesn’t look like it’s seen soap and water for years.

It was fun and not super expensive. However, the bouncees needed air, a lot were really wet and there was no staff around except at entrance and icee tent. You needed to watch your back and sides because adults and kids were falling and hitting into each other.

Place was filthy….. Upon arriving to the place, we were immediately disappointed as it was nowhere near what it was advertised online. Quite a lot of inflatables were deflated. Place was well under staff where you barely see staff working on site. Shoe storage smelled moldy. A lots of the bottom levels inside shoe storage was filled with dirty water. Lots of the bounce areas had waters or water puddles all over, and also got this stinky moldy smells all over the places as well. Funny how they limited each session to 80 minutes and announce that they need to clean the play areas after each session, but when you get into the area and see all the dirty inflatables, leaves, garbage inside there… Honestly I would suggest you to save the money and skip this place with all the unhealthy and unsafe play areas.

It was disgusting! Unsafe for kids! ... Disgusting: It was dirty with the surface UNWASHED, leaves on floor from last season, and worst part: wet all over with actual puddle/pools of BROWN/BLACK WATER ALL OVER... Not safe: no attendemts anywhere except 1 section. An entire inflatable wall was DE-FLATED. This left the area open to children being able to walk outside the infrastructure to exposed electrical wires, air pumps, and the parking lot to escape/run! ... Overall, I'm stupefied how this is even legally running (I did have to sign a very lengthy waiver- of my rights?)
