FUNBOX - PLANO

So my new bestie George invited us to Funbox near Willow Bend Mall and the Entire staff treated us like family. Fair warning. I'm 54 and went to just watch my kids but ended up being a kid. I couldn't resist the fun. Holy cow. I forgot my age. Both my sons, which are very hard to entertain, said they Loved it. Yea, The 14 year old freshman at that. We actually stayed til closing. I felt like a teenager. Lol. George. We appreciate you and your staff. Especially the guy from the front door and that sweet man that was 75. Still hard to believe his age! Very very cool place. You absolutely have to go by. We found it on accident but so glad we did. Thank you George

GREAT TEAM! I lost my Pandora bracelet while playing with the kids and only noticed it when I got home, so I called them the following day and they had it. Wow! I'm so glad and grateful - they found it and kept it for me. About the playing experience: amazing! The kids loved it and so did I, very fun. Recommend 100% 👏

We had so much fun!!! It was the most amazing park I took my daughter so far! It worth every minute. Fun, clean and very organized. The staff is very polite and friendly . The bathrooms were super clean as well! 10/10

This review doesn’t really matter since it’s their last day. I do respect the owner responding to reviews, though. Mandatory 12% service charge that’s not labeled and we only see the total. Just raise the prices— $6 vs $7 doesn’t change willingness to pay. All they did was hand me the food. The employee guarding the double slides couldn’t care less about his job— kept a long line by letting one slide to be used at a time. The employee at the race section was especially courteous.

We went early in November to try out FunBox Plano and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of fun we had. The bounce experience was so exciting and made us all feel like kids (even the adults). We got a sno-cone to help and cool the kids off since they were so hot from bouncing. Overall it was a great price for admission and we plan to go back.
