Great place to take kids of any age. They have snow cones, and beverages for purchase however you can bring your own. The place is outside and with all the courses and jumping activities gets hot real quick. Overall great experience, timeframe is for 80 minutes and make sure you get there on time or be prepared for reduction of your time.

This was awesome! I took my nephew (6) and daughter (2) and they both had a blast. $19 admissions +$5 for socks got us 90 minutes of bounce house fun. There was vendor selling snow cones ($7) and bottled water ($3) and they took apple pay/cards. My only complaint was the timing. It was my understanding that we paid for 90 minutes but by the 45 minute mark we were being prompted that the session was ending. The kids were already tired and asking to leave but still. Also there should be a spectator admission option. My mom came to watch the kids with us and had to pay full price to sit there. All in all i would definitely do this again.

I went with my 5 year old. It was not a good experience. The bouncy castle was dirty. There was a whole part of it that was flooded by water and we figured that out the hard way when we got our socks soaking wet. When I alerted the staff, they then closed that part off. Another issue in my opinion is that there were a lot of emergency exits, which is great, but there were no staff watching them so kids were going out. I couldn’t let my son run at all unattended. Also it was overall dangerous for small kids. There was a ledge that you can jump off but then my son got wedged between 2 inflatables and I had to fish him out. Lastly, don’t recommend it in the heat. It’s hot plastic with no shade.

The check-in process was super confusing. One announcement was said and then a contradictory one followed. Finally, the people waiting on line were allowed to enter before the people who just arrived. The obstacle course was never opened the time we were there due to water that had accumulated in it. The manager said they would open the course after they attempted to dry it, but in the 80 minutes we were there it never opened. My children kept asking me about it and I just told them it wasn’t open. Parts of the course were super wet and dirty due to the rains from the morning. Be aware if you plan to go on a day after it rains; there will be puddles everywhere and your socks and your whole body will get wet, especially if you go down the slides. We threw our socks away due to how disgusting it was! My children had an awesome time despite the Labor Day weekend crowds and would go again despite the obstacle course closure and the dirty/wetness. It was overall fun for the kids, less fun for the grown ups supervising.

Scammed by Employee 10/13/24 12pm Est Yesterday my Son and I stopped at the Fun Box of Cross County and was approached by teenagers or super young adults as I entered the empty line to pay. They saw me looking at the waiver and the advanced pay option and informed me that they can just pay with them, and there was no need to pay online. This makes sense as that was one less step to get my son in the door and have some fun. The two teenagers was a tall girl and a shorter guy in a grey hoodie. They quickly rambled off the fees $20 cash or $20-something for card. I opted for card. The young guy quickly entered some numbers on his personal phone and put it on top of the stripe machine. I tapped to pay with my phone and I didn’t think twice of it until we entered and realized I needed socks. I went back to him after entering and asked to purchase a pair. He grabbed me a pair and used the stripe device to take the payment. I immediately realized something was up. The $5 came out immediately for socks. But the $20 has not come out. I was neither asked about the waiver. I felt uneasy while trying to enjoy the time with my son. He sadly did not have fun, the bouncy houses was way to big for him and I wish the obstacle course hinted it was for bigger kids - I don’t recommend for toddlers. In our way out I still felt uneasy. I called my husband to validate my feelings - he works in Anti money laundering and insisted I ask more questions and turned off my card/ request a new one. I went back to the gentleman after initially leaving and asked why he used another phone to take entrance payment and the stripe device for socks. He said it was the same thing and sometimes the stripe machine acted funny. He proceeded to show me the same app on his iPhone after scrolling thought multiple apps meaning it was not the most recent app he used and it was clearly a personal device because cash app and social media apps were open. Not trying to make a scene I left it at that. Of course later on that day I get a suspicious charge for $400+ to my card which Chase caught!! Can’t believe Fun Box has employees managing this business in such a way. Shame on you. I will make sure this gets all the way up to management.
