FunFlatables - Gurnee

Unfortunately, I was at my great nephew‘s birthday party December 8, 2024 ready for a GRAND PARTY and celebration, when one of the staff was very disrespectful to my nieces and made all the children feel unsafe. By pushing My niece while my niece was holding her 23 month old child. I can not recall the young lady name but, she definitely told one of My niece TO STEP OUT SIDE ( I will assume yo fight). I am sad to have to say this but Our visit lead with the results of the Gurnee police because a female staff ( white & her husband ), attacked my niece as I said above, & My physically assaulted My Niece with her 23 month old child in her arms. While we were trying to have a good time, our party was being followed and constantly staff was asking us for a count of our children . One of the staff was following us throughout our party making us feel very uncomfortable. Please note I do feel as African American we were stereo typed & tested very unfairly. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK-American!! ‼️WHY BECAUSE THEY LIKE TO FIGHT GUEST WHILE HAVING THEIR BABIES IN THEIR HAND. This place Are very ok with putting the lives of little children at risk willing to fight the guess. This place is not safe nor does it welcome that brown melanin community. Please do not spend your money here. Take your time go observe the place make sure you know do not spend your money here, especially if you have babies they put the lives of little children as youngest six months endangered. Please NOTE:: this was one of the female employees at the desk the employee she was willing to go outside. She told My Niece let’s go outside fighting words. I hope this review helps. We had a birthday party for my son who turned 4 today. Lisa helped coordinate and was fantastic to work with! She did a great job and the event space was large enough to host 10 kids and 10 adults comfortably. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely recommend to future party goers!

Came for a birthday party, otherwise I wouldn't drive all the way here. It is inside Gurnee Mall and a small spot. There is no bathroom inside this activity center and the closest one is a bit of a walk when you have younger kids. It is run down, the inflates were worn down and not very clean. The staff is nice but they stand behind the counter and don't enforce the rules nor encourage parents to either which there were alot of kids climbing where they shouldn't be, fights between kids and unsafe conduct.
