FunFlatables - North Riverside

Such a great idea for the kids! I take my granddaughter to jump and she loves it! I love the convenience and the price is right! Added bonus is having Angie as an employee! She’s very attentive and has great customer service. We will definitely be back!

Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Had a 1 year olds birthday party on a Sunday, wasn’t too crowded at all. Pretty clean considering it’s kid playing through out the day. Would recommend & will be going back!

Edit to provide update: I was contacted by the owner and provided with a full refund. I was also told that I would get three vouchers for future visits. I did get the full refund back (which I did not ask for, the owner insisted on it ). An associate just called to say that they were not going to honor the vouchers because I got the refund. That was not what we agreed on. I’m happy to have received the refund, but a little disheartened that they did not honor what they fully said they would do. I passed by last week as I was in the mall and it still looks dirty, I think they could use some bleach water or a professional cleaning company. Overall, we are going to be visiting KIDS EMPIRE (right across) when they fully open going forward. We will no longer be going to FunFlatables. Updated 8/8/23 It makes me so sad to have to write this review, because we have been a loyal customer for roughly 4 years. We were having a party from 5 PM to 8 PM and we walked into a total disaster. It was extremely hot, the area where my party was, was extremely dirty. I’ve added photos, and this was after I had another mom help me clean. My guest literally swallowed. Fruit flies as they were eating. My cupcakes were infested, I was given $50 back for the inconvenience but honestly, the embarrassment alone was enough to make me never come back to this particular location. Priscilla was extremely nice, the manager put the full blame on her closing the night before. As a manager myself when my team drops the ball I come in and make things right. I was given a credit back as I mentioned earlier for $50 but honestly the embarrassment alone from my parents stating that they were swallowing fruit flies was horrid. I am waiting for the owner to contact me so they can make it right, $50 is a slap in my face, I could’ve easily booked the forest preserve if I wanted bugs to be all over me.

A great way to spend the afternoon with your toddler on a cold or rainy day! I went right when it opened on a weekday and my daughter and I were the only ones there for the first 1.5 hours. I got to go in the inflatibles with her to help her out and she loved having me there to bounce around with her. Truly a memorable experience for us both!

Great variety of bounce castles! Super clean, very kid friendly staff. Our toddler can’t wait to go back!
