Welcome to Funtastik Labs, located at 13741 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX 77478, USA. You can contact them at (346) 908-0604 or +1 346-908-0604.

Funtastik Labs, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, provides science-themed activities and party experiences for children. Customer reviews offer a mixed perspective, highlighting engaging activities but also noting potential operational challenges.

The venue offers hands-on science experiments like making lava lamps and goo, which have been well-received by children. Customers have noted that kids enjoy wearing lab coats and goggles, enhancing the immersive experience. The activities are described as engaging and suitable for children of various ages.

Funtastik Labs also hosts kids' parties, with available tables for dining. However, some customers have reported issues with overcrowding and staff availability, particularly during busy times. One reviewer described a chaotic experience with only two staff members serving over 40 people, leading to delays and a messy environment.

Cleanliness has also been a concern, with reports of spilled materials and inadequate cleaning between guests. This suggests that the venue may struggle to maintain cleanliness during peak hours.

Customers have provided tips for improving the slime-making experience, recommending the "butter slime" option for its variety of ingredients and suggesting the use of large charms as toppings. These tips indicate that the activities themselves are enjoyable, but the overall experience can be affected by operational issues.

It is strongly recommended that customers call ahead before visiting to check for capacity and avoid potential disappointment. The venue may be more enjoyable during less busy times.

Attended a kids party here and my daughters 10 & 8 had a good time making lava lamps and goo. The kids looked cute in their lab coats and goggles and seemed to be engaged throughout their time there. We didn’t eat there, it looked like they had tables available to do so. The party continued next door for dinner.

Call before coming. The 1st time we stopped by, we got turned away because they were at max capacity. The 2nd time (Saturday 1/11), we got in but it was CHAOS. There were only 2 staff members and probably over 40 people inside. We came to make slime and had to wait a bit after every step for someone to help or instruct us. The slime area had stuff every where. When we sat down, there was liquid slime activator spilled on the counter and no paper towels in sight to clean it up. They definitely didn't wipe it down before/after every guest. My tips on the slime: 1. Get the butter slime because it contains more ingredients to make: glue, shaving cream, clay, & activator. Plus it's a little less sticky. 2. For the toppings, get the big charms instead of the small beads. The small stuff kinda disappears when mixed in. With the big charms you can play hide and seek after mixing them in. They're flat back charms so you can also remove them from the slime and use them to decorate something else.

This place is a joke. My son class visited this establishment on a field trip this past week and it was not organized, very messy, restrooms were not clean. There were only two employees with over a 100 kids so go figure how that went. Spent too much money to not get the value service they deserve. Buy the supplies to make slim at home before coming here, you would have a much better experience.

My 4 yr old daughter LOVED this place. Ever since she watched Emily Calandrelli on Emily’s Lab, she has been obsessed with science and different experiments. I liked being able to purchase an attraction to do art with her and see her dress up like a scientist in her little white coat and safety goggles. She had so much fun making the different things. The Lava lamp was her favorite. I do hope there can be different experiments she can do aside from the ones she did today otherwise I think she’d get bored. Emily has 2 books just on science experiments. I also liked this place was in a good location with food nearby, I know my girl gets hangry! The only small critique I had was the music selection. There was a song “Beautiful Girl” with a curse word and some of the lyrics were bit inappropriate for a kid setting talking about being suicidal over a girl. I’d invest in a Pandora subscription and set it to a kids station. Aside from that, my daughter had a blast! We painted the bears and the horse. I did the mama bear and she did the baby, it will forever be the most special thing I have in my home and will be a day we treasure forever !

Second time here. Less time than the first one. Less than 20 minutes for the slime activity. The first time we had better experience.
