Gator Mike's Family Fun Park

What a disappointment…. We Drove a hour away from Ft.Myers to take our kids to play walked in at 6:00 pm wanting to buy go carts, water bumper cars, zip line, paint ball, and game cards…guy said they shut down for evening only thing we was allowed to purchase was go carts ….. then tried to order food that was also closed down….website said everything was open until 9pm but the girl said they close down early if there’s no business….with our family alone they probably lost out on atleast $300 there was also 6 other family’s that I counted that was turned away that came to have fun… could have easily been a $1000 dollar or more night for the business which by the looks they need the money and business….this place was so ran down and disappointing…. The pictures from website are not what the place actually looks like. The go carts was fun, this place has the potential to be something great under the right management.

We visited here while on vacation and picked up a Groupon to save us almost half the cost on Putt-Putt. The overall course is fun and has enough of a challenge for young and old that includes water features that carried the ball down the green. Unfortunately, the course had quite a bit of trash from players around the area and not once did the iconic volcano go off. We notified the front desk and he was clueless that it never went off. I never did see any workers come and do a walk through of the area. We also had two different groups behind us that made our visit not so pleasant by using vape pens and the smell of the smoke. We had two kids with us and it wasn't appreciated. Overall, I would only go back if my son wanted to and I could grab another Groupon.

Nice little place to just come out and hang out for a bit. The layout is really small which makes it feel extra crowded and it doesn't offer a replay discount, which was a bit disappointing. Overall nice spot

The negative reviews made us a little nervous. Lol. Called ahead and got some info before going over. The lady who answered was friendly and helpful. Based on some of the sour reviews, we did not know what to expect, but the place was clean and well maintained. There was a long line to sign up for activities, but it moved quickly. The cashier was helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed. The ropes course was scheduled out for a few hours, so we passed on that. Played mini golf and road go-karts. Golf course was simple and clean. Not super elaborate, but nice enough. Go-karts were fun. Fish and turtle pond was well stocked! From what we experienced, this place is worth a visit.

We are visiting Cape Coral to see family and we went to gator mikes. We showed up almost 2pm and there was like 3 people working (well really just one lady doing everything and she did great) until at least 4pm. And apparently there’s just one employee that runs everything so you have to wait if she’s busy. We got the 1 hour arcade which was okay. We had to wait like 30 minutes for the lady to do the bumper boats and we waited 30 minutes just to sign up for the VR. We waited at the snack bar for 30 minutes with only one person in front of us. We definitely would have done more if it didn’t take so long to get everything going. The kids did have fun but they would have wanted to do more. I recommend showing up around 3 or 4 if going on a weekday to get the most of the employees and not wait a long time.
