My expectations were low as I was knowingly visiting an establishment that is centralized around shoeless child's play. Even still I was disappointed. We took our kids here to celebrate their birthday. From the moment we walked in, the experience was underwhelming. There was a single emplyee "working" the front desk. When we told her it was our first time visiting, her response lacked both enthusiasm and helpfulness. After defaulting to buying our tickets online, we finally entered the play area. Both our children qualify to play in the 46" and under play areas. The other 80% of the children playing in these areas, did not. We were constantly avoiding spaces that were being overran by rule-breaking kids twice the size of ours, that had seemingly no adult supervision. I understand that this is primarily the responibility of the parents. However, some enforcement from the staff could have also reduced these numerous irritable encounters. In addition to the questionable sanitization within these dedicated play areas for toddlers, the temperature in this area peaked at 58 degrees. I get that kids are running around and it has to be cooler to keep kids comfortable, but they nearly needed to jump with their winter coats on.

My wife and I visited Get Air with our two grandsons. This was our first visit. We were pleased to find a very clean location and our grandsons had a great time. We'd like to give our Kudos to Ethan a young worker who was polite and professional. He was attentive and a good worker as we watched him welcoming customers, sweeping the areas, and I think we watched him reset springs on some of the trampolines. We appreciate quality workers like Ethan.

It's been about a year since we had been there and I was surprised at how they've let the place go. Looks like maybe they've had some water damage as the floors were lifting in lots of places, causing trip hazards. And there was a wall that appeared to be covered in what looked like mold. Sharp edges on play equipment. Tears and holes in the netting in the little kid area that were big enough for a small child to fall through. Missing, worn out, torn, and broken equipment everywhere. Duct tape and zip-ties barely holding things together. Very disappointing. Hoping they fix this place because we used to enjoy it.

DISGUSTING. It’s legitimately embarrassing how filthy and run down this place is. Management just sits in the dirty office talking on their phone or talking to the employee that she SHOULD be helping clean the place. If you are a manager here, you are a joke. As a business owner i would never allow my brand to look so terrible. Management and owners needs fired.

It’s a great spot to let the kids burn off some built up energy. $15 for an hour of play and they’re pretty lenient on the time unless they’re super busy. The games are there but we do not play them. Socks are $4 a pair and not included with admission it’s an additional charge. Drinks are $4-$5 each and the dip&dots are $5 for a small cup. The membership is the way to go to get the most of being there if you go more than 3Xs a year. The party rooms are not worth it unless you have no where else to feed the kids whomever can walk back and take your food and drinks while the staff isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items they could care less someone takes a whole pizza and walks off.
