Terrible customer service. Me and my family have frequent the establishment for 3+ Years, including random trips and birthday parties. Me and my family was there earlier today. Everything was fine until I tried to take a picture of my children next to the Miral painted Gainesville logo on the back wall “ apparently, they are not allowed to sit up there” The heavyset Caucasian lady working the desk Proceeded to yell at me and my kids For doing so, meanwhile, there were other kids doing the same thing and nothing had got said to them. Absolutely will not return

Took my kids to play and was appalled at how bad they have let this place get. Ripped mats, disgusting air filters ready to fall from the ceiling, busted TV, filthy mats. They have really let this place go. I will definitely be taking my kids elsewhere until they get their act together.

This HAS to be a shell company, like in Ozarks....I'm convinced, based on the previous owner responses to the bad reviews. This place is absolutely disgusting, and half of the activities are literally ripped or broken. The building itself is against fire code. DO NOT bring a toddler here, as all of their toddler pits are pretty much empty or broken. I would not come back for free. I absolutely would NOT pay for a party. Establishment is disgusting. Look at the pictures from today. They speak for themselves.

No way this is 4.1 stars. Run down. What's the overhead here? Some of this entrance money needs to be reinvested in fixing stuff around here. Padding is falling apart. Bathroom is a hot mess. I think there's not enough people working here to maintain stuff. No food available except snacks and Powerade. These kids are hungry. Maybe you can bring in outside food. Probably a good idea. From the kids perspective it's very fun. My 8yr old said he feels like a kid again. Funny, you are a kid. There's no system in place to monitor how long you have been here. Technically you could pay for an hour and stay longer. I paid for three hours and bought tickets online to get a "deal". Definitely over paid. My kids are starving and want to leave after an hour. I thought we would eat lunch here. Over paid but the kids love it. So meh. Now I know.

I don't know what has happened to this place but it is super gross now. Floor is super dirty, bathrooms disgusting, boxes set out everywhere of stuff I'm guessing the employees should be putting away, none of the TVs are on so you can't watch the waiver video that you are supposed to watch, the vending machines are all empty or out of service. I don't know who owns this place but whoever you have running it is doing a terrible job and needs to be fired. Def won't be back and we used to come here all the time. My son has had his birthday here the last 2 years. So sad that this place hasn't been taken care of. It was so nice when it opened.
