Get Air Trampoline Park

This place is not kept up. Caution tape, parts not open, box over one part, the foam blocks you jump on had some without fabric covers and they are peeling and look terrible. The place was empty on a Tuesday night. It looked dirty. The whole place needs some updating and cleaning. I will not go back anytime soon.

Love that the kids can jump all that energy out ... Friendly safe and professional staff.... My kids love it... it is so worth purchasing a membership... Come whenever you want to tire them out and have fun... And the best thing is a friend gets 20 percent off... We are there 3x a week sometimes... Great place to have a party or event as well... Thanks Mali for telling me about the membership...SO WORTH IT... You are wonderful 💕

UPDATE 2 years later: We have two children under the age of 10 and have had many birthday parties at the Get Air in Downers Grove. We always have a great experience with our hosts and our guests always have a great time. I like that the facility is not too big so we can easily spot the party crew but it’s not super small where everyone is bumping into each other. We had my son‘s 4th birthday here yesterday and had a wonderful time. Lela was our host and Mali was the manager on duty. They were both amazing and very attentive/super friendly. I appreciate their level of customer service and care. This is why we continue coming back. Everyone in our party always has a great time. Side note: Not sure if they already have one but Get Air should invest in a good cleaning crew. I’m not saying to add more onto the host or manager‘s plate. They should hire a crew specifically to focus on the cleanliness of each party room. ————————————————————————————— Celebrated our little guy turning 2! We have a big family with lots of little ones and a good amount of teenagers and young adults that still love to have fun. Our party was a hit! Everyone enjoyed themselves and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Specifically Houston and the woman working with him (I forgot to get her name). With it being Saturday, they were swamped a lot of times but they were still very prompt any time we needed assistance. Totally coming back. 😊

The experience we had was great from the second we walked through the door. The facility is spacious and you can see your kids from all over which is awesome, it’s super fun even for toddlers and adults, and the staff is the most standout part. Malimichelle and Amelia were smiling and super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable entire time! I felt like our family was so well taken care of by them. We will definitely be back!

My kids have been coming here for years because it used to be the cleanest trampoline “park” around. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated so rapidly to the point I don’t think they’ve ever bleached or even vacuumed the facility. This place is filthy and needs a deep cleaning and proper maintenance. One toilet or urinal is always out of order, the trampoline padding is badly soiled and there’s constantly caution tape around 1 or more parts of the park. No idea how people can leave 5 star reviews for a place this dirty. Please clean it up asap!
