Get Air Trampoline Park

This was my first time visiting this location. I felt that it was a smaller trampoline park and was quite crowded for a Monday holiday. We were a large crowd 8 jumpers and 6 adults. We felt there was adequate seating. We jumped for an hour for $19.99 per jumper. We had to buy slip resistant socks to jump. Place seemed pretty clean. Kids enjoyed it. Giving 3 stars because of price, popcorn that was jumping with the kids, and limited supervision. Staff hung out at the counter most of the time we were there.

Hosted my 8 year old daughter's birthday party this past Sunday and it was awesome. We did the 30-jumper package which was perfect because my child has more than 20 kids in her class so we were able to invite her classmates and family utilizing their large banquet room that seats about 60-75 kids & adults comfortably. The staff was great and very accomodating. We had our own Afro unicorn themed party planned so I asked the staff not to set up their normal party set up where they provide the "Get Air" decor which I think would be perfect for a boy themed party. They let me come in an hour early to set up since there was no one using the room prior to our party which allowed us to execute our own party decor. I didn't have to give them the final guest count that just included the names of parents and the number of kids until the day I arrived. Their goodie bags were fun for the kids and even included a $5 concession voucher for extra snacks which we added into it own party favors. The adults really liked being able to hang out upstairs in the private banquet room and watch their kids jump. Our guests had such a great time, our kids had a ball, the pizza and drinks were great-- I honestly have zero complaints and would HIGHLY recommend to others wanting to host a large party where you don't have to worry about cleaning or setting up.

First time coming here with 5 of my kids. They are having a blast. The staff has went above and beyond to help us. I felt like family. It's rare to find such great people in customer service. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family.

Went to this place over the weekend for a birthday party. The place is amazing. It has all the things for kids to enjoy and to keep them busy. Sponge blocks pit, trampolines, jumping basket ball, arena type games, etc. My kids and other children had a blast. It is not super crowded. The bathrooms are super clean and also as pretty much all areas are on one level, you can keep an eye on your child from anywhere and you do not have to run after them. They also turn off the lights after 7 or 730pm. The banquet hall is also pretty big and they have GetAir themed plates, napkins etc. They also gave out a goodie bag to each kid as a kind gesture. Will definitely go there again.

This place was amazing. It was clean , and had so many fun things for my kids to do. I have a 5th and 6th grader and the had the best time here. It was our first time ! Samantha at the front was amazing her customer service was wonderful. We might even do our next birthday party here! Good customer service and clean is so hard to find with this type of place. Super fun! Entertainment for hours!!
