In the world of diving your kids head first into a germ pool, Get Air in Dawsonville makes a noticeable attempt to being the exception to the rule. Marcus and team are doing a phenomenal job at keeping this facility clean and in great condition. The whole facility is a notch above the rest with massage chairs, benches near all jump areas for parents to easily supervise, and a plethora of different areas to explore. My son had a ball. We will pop in whenever we are in the area.

I travel a hour away to visit this location! I Love this location, my son always has the best time! Marcus the manager, is awesome! He makes sure everything is super nice and clean! He will be the reason I come back to this location! Give this man a holiday bonus !!!

I am updating my review to state that they have completed some remodeling to make the place a bit nicer. Still desperately needs better food/drink options. But hoping the picnic table and straps are to be a thing of the past!! While some of the staff seems great and possibly a few new people are there, Barbara has to be the worst employee/customer service person there ever was. After taking my son’s phone and refusing to give it back to him when he left it sitting out, I went to the desk to collect it where she proceeded to tell me that he was a liar. Then starts yelling at me because my 14 year old children can’t be left unattended she tells me. I sat in my car on a work call 30 minutes while they jumped. The website states the policy is 10 years of age, along with the waiver I had to sign. She says this is why she kept his phone and refused to give it back to him because I was not right there. Then she and another girl said the jump time was over at 3pm when we paid and at 2:50pm tells them they are to leave the jump area because their time is up, so they didn’t even let them jump the entire time we paid for.

Do not come here!!! This is so sad to see how the new place has nothing but old branded launch equipment. No cafe, all games are pay to play. Everything is run down and worn out. Only a few benches to sit. Four our three kids to jump only for two hours was over $100. Oh and you have to buy their socks for $4. When I asked for a refund they could not process it. The girls working said that it would be processed with in 8-10 business days. They were unable to give me a receipt for the refund. I WOULD NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Honestly they should not have opened till everything was in place. I will update if the owner or manager reaches out. Update: Finally heard back for the manager. The refund did come through. He did say that in the next coming months they would have more games set up. But honestly just felt like the management team should have waited to open. Or they should adjust their prices to accommodate the lack of attractions available. I do hope the Get Air team does fix these issues and does a full rebranding of the facility. I also hope the fix the lighting as well.

We love this place! The manager is super friendly. He walks the premises on a regular basis to ensure that everything is clean and everyone is having a good time. Price point is great. We frequent multiple indoor parks. The most comparable spot is GetAir in Buford and that’s $35 a pop. We can come up and let the kids rip and run for 2 hours for a steal and then make it an evening with something fun to eat in the near vicinity. The park has lots of free things to do for the kids; further, they are expanding quite a bit in the future. All in all, this is a nice place with a homestyle feel for a reasonable price that has a ton of potential.
