Get Air Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Get Air Trampoline Park, located at 587 E Ordnance Rd, CHSTNT HL CV, MD 21226, USA, and featured in the Theme Park Directory. Based on recent customer reviews, Get Air Trampoline Park appears to be an amusement center facing significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and potentially safety.

The environment at Get Air in CHSTNT HL CV is consistently described as extremely filthy. Reviewers mention disgusting bathroom floors that are soaking wet, walls smeared with grime, sticky floors, and piles of dirt built up in corners. The overall cleanliness of the facility is severely criticized. Additionally, many of the activities are reported as broken, and equipment is visibly held together with duct tape. Inflatable balls are described as popped, with one instance of exposed metal being noted. Fabric swings are said to be dark with dirt, ripped, and falling apart.

The services offered at Get Air include access to trampoline areas and other inflatable attractions. However, the functionality and condition of these services are heavily questioned in the reviews. Many activities are reported as broken, limiting what children can do despite the cost of entry. The staff are described as disorganized, with long wait times at the register and a lack of acknowledgment of waiting customers. Furthermore, during a birthday party, staff were reportedly unable to handle an altercation between parents. The owner's alleged tendency to only respond to positive reviews while ignoring negative feedback is also noted.

Features of Get Air Trampoline Park, based on the negative reviews, include a variety of trampoline and inflatable play areas that are often in disrepair. The use of duct tape to fix equipment is mentioned multiple times. The park also has restrooms that are described as shockingly filthy and lacking basic necessities like toilet paper. The organizational aspects, including staffing and customer service, are reported to be poor, leading to long wait times and mishandling of incidents. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance appears to be a significant and recurring issue.

As the provided information consists entirely of negative customer reviews highlighting severe issues with filth, broken and unsafe equipment (including exposed metal), disorganized service, and a lack of effective staff response to incidents, local users are strongly advised to consider these experiences. There is no mention of any positive aspects or promotional information. For any potential improvements or changes in management, it is recommended to contact Get Air Trampoline Park directly at (410) 231-7454 or mobile phone at +1 410-231-7454 as listed in the Theme Park Directory, but with extreme caution given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the facility's condition and operation.

The only reason that I left one star is because my son has fun here and there’s no way to leave zero. There is no reason to go into detail because all of the other reviews Hit it right on the nose. This place is just so absolutely filthy, So many of the activities are broken. This should never be with the amount that it cost to bring your children in here. Almost everyone is in socks. The bathroom floors should not be disgusting and soaking wet. We have come here many times, but I think this will be our last unless they work some miracles around here. I also definitely do not like how the owner is sure to reply to all of the good reviews, but doesn’t wanna acknowledge the problems. That says a lot!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! We attended a birthday party here this evening, and to say we were appalled by the filth is an understatement. The equipment is literally duct-taped together, the inflatable balls were popped—one even had exposed metal—and the fabric swings were dark with dirt, ripped, and falling apart. My daughter got hurt, so we went to the bathroom to check on her, and I immediately told her not to touch anything. The walls were smeared with grime (I hope it was just dirt), there was no toilet paper, and the floors were filthy and sticky. Piles of dirt were built up in the corners and along the edges. It was also incredibly disorganized. We waited at least 10 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged us. Either they’re severely short-staffed or just don’t care. To make matters worse, there was an altercation between parents, and the staff had no idea how to handle it. An hour later, the police arrived for reasons unknown. This place has gone completely downhill, and we will never be returning.

Reading the reviews, they definitely looked like they addressed all the issues people were having. All the trampolines were in good working order, bathrooms was clean, there was sanitizer everywhere. Wednesday morning, 11am was not overly crowded. The kids had fun, it looked like all the kids there were having a blast. My only gripe is the cost of their arcade games and they will find a way to make you buy their socks. Overall $80 for 3 kids to jump for an hour, with buying their socks, 1 arcade game. Their bottled water is $2

It’s really sad to see how downhill this place has gone. We took our three children about two weeks ago and I regretted paying for two hours which we ended up not even staying the entire time. Believe all the other reviews of how dirty it is. Everything felt sticky, was dusty, and grimy. Equipment was broken and had trash bags covering it but was still accessible to children. Foam blocks were shredding apart and causing nasty foam pieces to stick all over our clothing. There was only 3 dodgeball balls which were also dirty and ripped. They allowed someone to bring their small dog in to the facility which kept barking and the owners kept letting the dog go in to the foam pits as well. The bathrooms were disgusting and there was no way to dry your hands. They had no music on at all but instead there was an alarm of some sort loudly beeping the entire time we were there. The one staff member that was there came out for us to pay and then went back in to the office area never to be seen again other than one time when my child went and yelled for her through the door to come clean up another child’s throw up in one of the areas. I chose to come here because I remembered it being a fun place and wanted to keep it in business since Urban Air opened up nearby, I guess they’ve chosen to give up and let it go under.

Was here about 3 weeks ago. This place would be awesome if it wasn't filthy. They tell people no food allowed in play areas, yet I saw multiple kids AND adults eating and drinking, dropping food wrappers, etc. They expect you to wear socks, yet the bathroom floor was disgusting and WET! 🤢. My 3 year old had to use the bathroom, and we had to leave so she could go to the bathroom. Thankfully, our paid time was close to up. We had 3 kids there all together, I am so glad only one kid had to go while there. Anyways long story short, if the place was maintained and clean, it would have been worth the 80$ we paid. After all, my grandchildren did very much enjoy themselves regardless.
