Glow Galaxy

Very cool place. It’s a jumpy house that’s glow in the dark. And when I say it’s dark it’s just that lol. The kids enjoyed it. They had that carpet that glowed as well. The teens and young kids loved it. No outside food if you book a party but the wings they supplied was cooked really well the owners / staff was so nice. Would come back

Tbh I dint expect this place to turn out the way it did…. The bounce houses and the play area its lit tbh. Now the staff when it comes to the party room its crazy, rude and nasty they gave us a “host” wich we did not get in our package because we wanted it to be a private family even. The “host” started touching all the food even after we asked them to please not too, he was rude slamming the pizza on the kids plates . Not only that he was dressed with dirty short pants, not even a work shirt and crocs he wouldn’t speak or acknowledge us when we were telling him it was a private event. At first I didn’t know he worked there and i got a little worried. When we told the manager she was trying to cover up what he did wich is fine but right after all of them had attitudes with us. But what did we really do ? We spoke to someone wayyy before the party and let them know we did not want a host bc we wanted it to be private they said okay then catch an attitude? Yea nope not going over there again. Plus they don’t even make the pizzas there they order them from a third party, their kitchen is super super dirty!!!!! I seen it for myself.

I had to hesitate on the 3rd star. I gave it only because the girls who work there did everything they could for us. First of all, the establishment itself is not very clean. The hallway was disgusting and needs a complete reno. I couldn't see the cleanliness of the play area as it is in fact dark. My kids did enjoy the play area, so that also helped me add the 3rd star. We waited over an hour past our party start time for a party room to be available. I was almost charged extra for pizza that I was told would be included with my package. I paid tax twice, once on the deposit and again after I paid the final tab. I still tipped my host in cash. The facility needs more lighting outside and they need to replace the birthday chair in the third room. There are ZERO security or safety measures and my young niece was approached by adults asking her to come with them. There are no checks done at the door upon re-entry. Literally anybody could walk in or out.

The play time was incredible the kids really enjoyed there selves as did the adults. The only downside was the hostess, really rushing everyone and was a bit rude. Picking up plates before the children were even finished eating. The play area was very amazing and my son really enjoyed it. I rate it a 3 out of 5 just because of the play area!!! The staff at the front were very polite and welcoming!!!

This place was really cute. Everything was glow in the dark. It has several bouncy castles, a soccer with a basketball area in the middle. There is a small miniature golf sections in the back. The kids had a great time. My only con is that the place was really hard to find. It was located in an office park tucked in the back. I wish this place had a stand-alone sign to make them stand out more. But other than that, we had a good time.
