Completely geared towards children, I would say 8 and under. Check in was easy, my room was ready an hour before scheduled. Reception was welcoming, polite and informationalized "yes new word" very well. All of the life guards were on point, extremely professional. Pricing comparison with other indoor water park stays was competitive. Being less than Kalahari " by far the largest, nicest indoor water park Wisconsin Dells has to offer. A little more than Mt Olympus "was kinda disappointing with it's small indoor water park, but everything was much cheaper, the 5 room canopies were on 15$ a day. All and all The Wolf Lodge was worth it, my self and my 7 year old son had a great time. Go during the winter and the weekdays, you will get the best prices, service and no waiting in lines.

First time visit was not bad. The only problem was my room with jacuzzi bath was not ready until 4:30 pm. I had to call them and beg them to give me the room already, they had other one available. Also people at the front desk very slow even for 2 people. And i wish they had a sign on every out - door for guests coming in to the lubby or indoor waterpark, cause we went to the down stairs for personal staff only floor.

This place is unorganized and would not recommend to anyone. You have to wait in line at the main hotel check in area just to pick up water park passes which were purchased online over 1hr. They can't just hand you the passes. The check in process takes for ever and not enough staff. A great place to waist time in. STAY AWAY !!!!!

We were only there for a few days. We kept to the shallow pool and double waterside. Our 2.5 yr old made the height requirement for the slide and loved it! The pools are currently closed two days a week due to a help shortage. The pool bar showed it the most when it was open.

They charge a $16 parking fee that is not disclosed anytime during the booking process. Seeing as you already prepaid for the room/tickets and have no choice but to pay, this is extortion.
