Great Wolf Lodge Resort Hotel | Wisconsin Dells

Recently stayed Fri-Sat with 5 adults in a two-queen, pull-out couch room. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating. The only accessible outlets were between the beds and in the sink area. Very difficult for charging multiple devices. Water park looks the same from the last time we stayed, which was at least 5 years ago. Seems best for young kids and early teens. We really only used the hot tub because we spent our days skiing at Devil's Head. The staff were nice and quick at responding to requests for an extra blanket and toilet paper. If you're into shopping, there are some outlet stores just across the parking lot. It was the first weekend in January, so it was still decorated for the holidays and there were holiday events which was nice. $15 minimum per night for parking which seems like a big ripoff. Still recommend a visit, but mostly for families with younger children. We knew this going in, so it wasn't a surprise.

Cant say this is the best indoor water park experience. Certainly better for smaller kids. They currently charge for parking. The room had great wall art and vibe for the kids room...but very sad/poorly cared for cooking equipment. Water park has a decent wave pool, the lazy river was good for a minute but it was the shortest lazy river ride I've ever seen. They had plenty of life guards which was nice to see. Won't go back to this location any time soon but I'm thankful the kids had a blast and didn't have any complaints.

Big family night day trip! We got the biggest room available which is nice BUT there’s no room to be together. The room is nice, beds are good and bathrooms are clean. I did NOT like the fact we had to pay $15/car for parking- this isn’t Chicago people!! I’m staying at your place parking should just be included in the price. The water park you get to use in the morning when you arrive and the morning when you leave, which is great! The park we used was inside only because it was cold outside baby! Would love to come back when the outside is open too- looks fun. The rides are all great and has plenty for way younger kids but also has some bigger ones for the big kids.

Stayed Saturday-Monday. Was kind of disappointed because of how much money you pay. The rooms needed some updating and a good clean. It wasn't gross but I'm sure it hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile. The indoor waterpark was pretty disappointing. The lazy river was a small lap. The hot tub was on the small side. We were sitting in the hot tub and the lifeguards constantly were over stretching their neck into our space. Doesn't make a relaxing experience. The kids area has some rusting and build up. Understand why rust occurs but shouldn't be in a kids area. Also the hotel check in and check out. Made it hard with the kiddos. The worst is the $15/ night parking fee. It should be included in your stay. There also should be assigned parking or something. No way should I have to park by the condos when my room entrance was near the Quest. Do better!!!!!! Nearby is great. Mall, yummy food and gas stations.

Typical family fun, water park has become a little more run down from our previous experience. Some of the kid features weren't fully functioning, or turned off, looks like it needs to be updated a lot for the price you're paying. Food is mediocre and well over priced. Only good food for decent pricing is the pizza. And I stand by that ALL the other food is very MEDIOCRE, and OVERPRICED. As well for stay. Overall kid fun. Everything else Is $$$$. Day passes would be nicer.
