We had such a great time here. We went in early November! Everything was so much fun. My kids enjoyed the evening dance party and the afternoon arts and crafts. They had a fun time swimming as well however I hope they make the water warmer. My kids 6,5 and 1 lasted about 45 minutes before their lips turned blue. I only went in waist deep into the wave pool because it was too cold. My friends warned me about this but I didn’t think it would be a problem and it was.

This place isn't terrible, but things are expensive, and at times it gets very packed. I also don't understand why I'm paying for parking. Bring your own food—the food here is terrible, so don't buy anything unless you absolutely have to. The arcade is expensive, depending on how much you load onto a card. Each game costs $2 to $4, which isn’t worth it. They use points instead of dollars, making it harder to track how much you’re actually spending. For example, $35 for two kids disappeared in just 10 minutes. The magic game with the wands costs about $62, depending on the wand and accessories you choose. The best option is to buy one wand without accessories and the quest for $41. Just a heads-up: there’s no grand reward for completing the game, and you’ll be taking the elevator to different floors. Be prepared to take turns and wait for others to complete their tasks, so expect lines. They used to have a mobile app for the game, but it no longer works, which is frustrating since you're technically paying for it. Speaking of elevators, they're a hassle. If you push the button to go up, the next available elevator will arrive, but if it's full and you push the button again, the door to the full elevator just stays open. It's incredibly annoying. No matter what package you choose or even if you don’t buy one, just know that whenever you go to buy or redeem something, they’ll try to offer you a ‘better deal’ to get you to spend more money.

Let me start by saying that we came here for a birthday celebration. So we came in with high hopes of a great evening. Well that turned a very disappointed kiddo not getting to do the things they wanted. Water park is open till 8. Cool. Kids got to swim and we all know that works up an appetite so we took them back to feed them then we were going to go get the wands for the quest game. It states on the website it goes until 11pm. We finished eating and headed down to get the wands and the place that has them closed at 9. It was 9:08 when we arrived. They would not help us. Went to the desk and they apologized. So we tried to salvage that by going to the arcade. By this time it's rounding to be about 945. Arcade is open till 11. Oh but wait, the ticket redemption closes at 10. So the kids now got a bunch of tickets they can't redeem and our kids friend had to leave this morning so they couldn't even have an opportunity to spend hers before they opened back up. These times are very important and should be posted on the website right under all your other stuff saying come enjoy until 11pm. But we close off everything at 9 and 10. Kid is super bummed they didn't get to experience this with the friend they brought. Spoke to the desk this morning and they gave her a comped wand for the trouble. All in all I feel like this was a bust and completely avoidable had they taken the time to put that you need to get things before a certain time or you're SOL. Stayed in the wolf den that was supposed to have a queen bed. It was no bigger than a double, and uncomfortable and then went to heat up leftovers and the microwave didn't work. Almost 300 bucks and all the kids got was a little over an hour of swimming and 45 min playing games they couldn't go redeem prizes for. This trip was a bust.

The room had serious problems. Black mold in the bathroom and the bathtub didn't drain very well. After several showers, the tub had mid calf standing water. The hide a bed was broken and difficult to pull out. It also was black with dirt in places. The carpet was dirty and when walking around it made your feet black. The water in the park was cold and the kids wanted to sit in the hot tub most of the time. I just expected a little more for the 800 plus I spent.

I visited Great Wolf Lodge with family. Initially I booked the stay for 3 nights but our plans got some minor change. We did check out early and informed front desk about our one night early departure. Front desk staff mentioned that they won’t charge me but upon my check I did see a charge. I had to call the lodge, raise the case but still the same . Looks like staff don’t care about the charges !!! Poor front desk services . 01/10/2025 update : I still don't see any acknowledgement nor any communications from the lodge. I will keep posting comments with timeline here. 01/13/2025 update : So the Staff came back to me with email and staff literally asked me to describe the front desk officer to whom I had words about the check-in. Nice try ! Either case handling person is from different world as he is asking me for description!!
