As a listing in the Theme Park Directory category, Grizzly Ridge Tube Park aims to provide recreational activities for visitors. Based on recent customer reviews, it's important for potential visitors to be aware of certain aspects of the park's operations.

Some customers have reported issues regarding online ticket purchases and the requirement of presenting the physical credit card used for the transaction, along with identification, upon arrival. It has been mentioned that this policy was not clearly stated before the checkout process online, leading to difficulties for some guests in obtaining their tickets or refunds.

Experiences with the tubing itself have also been varied. Some reviewers found the tubing to be slow and less enjoyable than expected. There were also comments about long wait times for tubes and the slide, potentially limiting the number of runs within the allotted time. Additionally, some customers described instances of perceived rudeness from staff members and dissatisfaction with the overall customer service.

One positive aspect mentioned by a reviewer was that the slide itself was fun. However, this was contrasted with concerns about the limited number of tubes available, the slow moving walkway to the top, and the simultaneous dispatch of riders from all lanes, which could cause further delays at the bottom.

It's worth noting that one customer mentioned receiving a credit offer after contacting the park via email, indicating a potential effort to address customer concerns in some instances.

For those considering a visit to a snow tubing park in the Big Bear Lake area, it may be beneficial to compare experiences and offerings with other nearby options, such as Big Bear Snow Play, which was mentioned favorably in one of the reviews.

***Update*** Haylee contacted me via email and offered a credit. We appreciate her kindness and professionalism. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Booked tickets online and went to get our tickets and I didn't have my physical CC with me (just a photo). The girl at the booth said I could get a refund and when I called they won't give me a refund!! They need to put in clear writing BEFORE the checkout button stating that you need an ID and CC in order to get your tickets. It is at the BOTTOM of the page after the checkout button. This place is a scam. Who wants to keep people's money for a service that was not provided?! Such a SCAM! I'm guessing this issues happens a lot. Disgusting that places like this want to keep people's hard earned money. We went ahead and bought more tickets because we thought we would be able to get a refund and the tubing was horrible!!! So slow and boring. Couldn't even make it down the hill because they are so slow. The people working there are rude. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I ASKED HER WHY SHE WANTED TO KEEP MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT RENDERED SHE WOULDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTION. GREEDY NASTY PEOPLE.

The slide was fun, but ... We prepaid for tickets, so getting the tickets didn't take too long. After getting the tickets, we got in line to get a tube. There are not enough tubes for the number of tickets they are selling, so we had to wait quite a while to get a tube. The lady took the tubes my son and I grabbed because there were 5 people in front of us who weren't listening to the instructions to get a tube. The ride up the moving walkway took almost 10 minutes. Then we had to wait in the long line at the top, because they send all 4 lanes down at the same time, so if someone at the bottom is taking forever to get put of the lane, everyone waits. It took almost 30 minutes to get our 1st ride on the slide. When we got to the bottom, we had tonget in another line to get a tube again. We only did 2 runs for the supposed 1.5 hours. They closed the walkway back to the top about 10 minutes before the end of our time so when we got down 7 minutes before the end of our time, we were told "thank you for coming". Don't spend your money here. If you do go, definitely buy your tickets in advance. The people who bought at the window only got 1 run. Go to Big Bear Snow Play. We went there yesterday. We did 10 runs in the first 2 hours. There is no time limit. There are no parking fees.

This was our favorite tube park that we went to out of the 3 we visited over the extended weekend. Price was around $200ish for a family of 4 (going rate for tubing in Big Bear). The shuttle parking was free, shuttle took maybe 5 minutes to show up. We got there 30 mins into the 1.5 hr slot but since we just showed up, we still went ahead with it. The family had a great time and the staff really made sure to make it fun for the kids. We rode maybe 10 times down the hill which was decent and worth it imo. After the tubing we grabbed burgers, listened to music playing from one the rooftop bars, and got back on the shuttle. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall drama free experience and was nice to have access to the resources of the bigger resort.

There are so many rules and the staff is so rude it makes the experience not enjoyable in the slightest. Not to mention it was 60 dollars for the snow equivalent of a potato sack ride. Would not recommend

OMG … that was a disaster… if you can not to go there, do not go. It’s just waist of money and time. We paid 330$ for 6 people and they gave us 90 minutes for tubing and we could make only 5 times. There’s to many people and everything is very slow. The tube lines are really ugly. 30% of the way is covered with rubber rugs to reduce the speed. Honestly for 50$+ it’s a ugly place.
