Ground Control Trampoline Park San Antonio

We didn't know this place existed until a few days ago when we got a birthday party invitation. We came here today, December 7th for that birthday party and had a great time. There is a great selection of bouncy things to jump up and down on and things to climb on and roll over on. The party rooms are pretty small and the parking lot is way too small for as many people come there. Otherwise, I'm sure we'll come back for more fun and exercise.

My son loves this place so we always here. Today while I was standing in line to place, my order, a employee was being very disrespectful, loud and irate. The display of professionalism that I’ve seen from the manager Ms. Laren was amazing. She kept a calm tone-and was very polite. I mean this kid was yelling, screaming and using profanity, she kept her cool now that something that you do not see in the workplace every day, even the young man that was taking my order he never once stop taking my order. He just kept going like nothing was going on leadership definitely shows in this Place The staff is amazing I was immediately approached by Ms. Lauren, who apologized for this matter The next act of kindness surprise me she offered me and my son slushy’s and a VIP pass for his visit. I’m very grateful for my experience today once again thank you Miss Lauren may God blessed the ground control family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely a nice place to cool off from the heat!! My nieces and I enjoyed the time we had there and plan on coming back. Our time was cut short due to a family causing a crazy scene. I will say the staff was doing their best, but I wasn’t comfortable staying with the threats the family was making. You would think adults know how to act, it’s a children’s park. Anyhow the pizza was good and the Halloween decorations were cute. I did think it was nice to see the staff in costume and none of them were distasteful. Kinda ironic to see Mike Meyers and Nacho Libre breaking up a fight. Nonetheless good job to the staff we saw the police pulling in as we were leaving. We won’t hold this against GC as we were all having a blast before it happened.

Visited first time for a birthday event my son was invited to. It's pretty neat. Afterwards, my son said we should come back on another day. This is good physical activity, instead of sitting in front of a computer. So, I said 'yes'. We came back on a Friday after school. Only two other kids were there. By the time we left, there were like 8 kids. Very nice. He could do whatever he wanted. We'll be back for sure. Minus 1 star for not having adult beverages. With kids running around, screaming. Some drinks would be nice. Even Chuck E. Cheese has beer. Oh. Keep the socks (you paid for them). You can use them next time.

My Granddaughter had her birthday party here and it was PERFECT! The room was amazing, we could see all the kids from the room windows and there was plenty of room and staff to help. The area for the kids to jump and play is very clean, wide open so parents can see the kids from anywhere in the room and all the equipment was very safe and sturdy. We used to go to Urban Air but this was much nicer and safer!
