We had a great time doing the Zombie Lab escape room. It was fun, engaging, and loved that an actor was involved. Great zombie work. Also, they had a lot of cool comic books there! I'd go back if I lived in L.A.!

Nice staff but unfortunately very boring, broken rooms. Did the "hardest" room in under 30 minutes and several locked doors opened without completing the puzzles. We ended up finishing the room workout solving a locked briefcase puzzle. Room listed actors as part of the room, which was also said by staff, but there were no actors that showed up. Felt like we got a very watered-down experience and very anticlimactic ending.

I recently visited this location and I can honestly say it was one of the best escape room experiences I've had! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was intense and immersive. The combination of eerie lighting, creepy sound effects, and challenging puzzles lead to a great experience. The difficulty level was perfect—just the right amount of challenge to keep you on your toes, but not so hard that it became frustrating. Each clue was thoughtfully placed, making us feel like we were really part of the story. And the scares? Absolutely terrifying but it added alot to the moment. The staff was fantastic, they made the whole experience! Definitely recommend!

Decided to pay this place a visit with my family due to it having good reviews, so we were so excited to experience the hype. We got to the spot and finding a parking space in that area is a mission since everything has been taken up. Now once we enter place. You're greeted by host who was very polite and professional it was a female did not get her name but nice lady. She explains to us a little about the place and how everything such as what we can expect and the 3 hints one gets if they ask for a hint. We did the Zombie Lab room which was just ok not what we were expecting, or as described in their website with the "live actors" so we purchased out tickets for Sunday evening and of course for the Zombie Lab and more so because on their website they hype it up "Zombie Lab with live actors" not so they were no live actors so that was a real let down, which is what my family and I were looking forward to the scares from live actors. Not only that we pay extra for each one of us to get a Zombie not even sure what that means, we thought we were paying extra for the live actors, which that part wasn't really explained to us what it meant or what we had paid extra for. It was our first time there and again we decided to go there because of reviews and how it sounds on their website. Overall the experience not so good, not exciting and when they say live actors and you pay for that you should get what you paid for. Another negative about this place is when they tell you 50 minutes they really mean 50 minutes to escape not a minute more. We've been to other horror escapes rooms where they actually give you a few more minutes over your time. For those reasons I would not recommend this place to family and friends. But they do have a comic section full of comic books that you can purchase, which I think that was the most exciting part going through their comic books.

Absolutely a terrible, terrible place. I called last night regarding possible cancellation because the fires affecting me. I was told i can cancel but won’t get a refund. then TODAY i got an email that my reservation was cancelled because of the current air quality and will be provided with an opportunity to reschedule for the size of my party. i paid $250 for 7 people who are in town for my birthday. these people are selfish and are not understanding what so ever. don’t even book with them. god forbid you have an emergency and can’t make it, bc they won’t refund you. ALSO, they won’t adjust your payment if your party size changes. one person in my group was unable to make it on time because of the fires and i asked if that ticket can be refunded or the payment be edited to the new party size and they strictly said no. now they cancel on us and not even provide the option for a refund?? BOYCOTTED by all of my friends and family now.
