I really hope that the powers that be will take the $250 for my family of 4 that Who spent the day there yesterday purchase some extra tubes. Waiting for the tubes was absolute insanity. Half of them were deflated. And renting a tube that isn’t accepted at all Slides seemed strange. Either make us buy or rent our own, or provide us with them. Three of the slides had to be shut down for the afternoon, creating very long lines. The slides themselves were really fun but the way in the tube thing really muddied my experience. I would go again if I knew there were more tubes and the slides were all functional. ✅ the kid area is pretty awesome and has some great slides up there as well. I love that the temperature of the water was cool. And they did try to provide a lot of shade It’s super easy to buy your tickets in advance, it’s much cheaper to do it online before entering the park. Parking was fine and easy. Wear sunscreen!

Wow. I’m not really sure what to say. Let us start off with the fact that I was so hyped to bring my children thinking this was a very new updated park from the previous owners and we get there and I’m starting to notice slides are closed down, there is not enough tubes, tubes are deflated, and the biggest problem yet was the wave pool was down. Trashes weren’t really cleaned up so there was overflow, also there was some trash around the parks. So all in all it made the experience pretty poor. Yes my kids had fun, but you look at all these factor and I’m shocked. For anyone who does decide to go I 100% recommend bringing flip-flops. I couldn’t really find answers, but I saw firsthand people brought their canteen. Just make sure they’re empty upon arrival and then you can fill them up with water inside the park. I also don’t recommend waiting till you get to the park to buy a ticket because the lines are long at the ticket booth. If you buy them in advance, you get there, you scan it, you go right in. It’s pretty easy.

The reviews on this place are extremely miss leading! Everyone has something to complain about. Only a couple slides were down, and that was okay because there was still so so much to do. 100% worth visiting, especially if you have kids. Thank you so much to the wonderful and kind staff who went above and beyond for our family! From the security guards to the life guards to the wonderful manager Shelly!! This day is a memory we will hold near and dear to our hearts and it was such a special day for our special needs son. The food was great! The drinks were cold and the water was perfect for cooling off in the heat. The wave pool water was a little warmer until you go to the deeper part and the splash pad area/slide water was So cold and perfect. I see everyone complained about no ice. And it was only a few food locations that ran out! If you go into the cafe and to the food orders desk they always had ice there and were happy to put some in your cup! Also the drink refill station didn’t run out of ice the whole time. And the bathrooms were not as bad as everyone has complained about. A little dark but they did not stink at all and they were not dirty. Just the usual random toilet paper like in any public restrooms. Overall my kids said this rating should be 10million/10 they loved it!!!

I bought season passes for my family thinking it would be a good investment to beat the heat in Phoenix during the summer. Terrible investment. From the beginning of summer to mid-September we’ve came out 10-12 times. There are never enough life guards to keep attractions open. I’ve never seen the lazy river open, not once. Splash island is a glorified splash pad with 7 water slides of various lengths for young kids. I’ve never seen more than 3 open at one time. Paradise Island is a big pool area. It’s open about 50% or the time but closes randomly throughout the day, I assume because the life guards go on break/lunch. Snack vendors are a toss up whether you’ll see them open. Hopefully you don’t get hungry or thirsty because food and drinks are some of the most expensive I’ve seen at a park. It’s on Disneyland’s level. To make it worse, the last time I got drinks they were about of everything but a couple of choices. I think all they had was sprite the last time I went. They have water coolers set up at places but they get empty fast and never had ice in them to begin with so the water is hot, if there’s any left when you check. Overall terrible experience every time I’ve been. Save your money.

Purchased the tickets weeks in advance. I was reading some negative reviews just before going, and I was second guessing whether it was a wise choice as multiple people were warning there were a lot of shut down rides. The lazy river was open (my favorite), the water was clean and cool. The rollercoaster was a blast. The wave pool was a lot of fun. There was plenty of rides open, so many there wasn't enough time to go on them all. We rented a cabana, the fridge was cold and it had plenty of seating for the 5 of us. The bonus of renting a cabana was that we received free cold bottled water and tube's to go on rides and the river without waiting for the ones provided. Another advantage of renting a cabana was that we were able to bring a cooler of food, they call it a picnic package for approximately extra $32 ( which was worth it). PS...the bathrooms do stink.
