This venue offers inflatable bounce houses for children's entertainment and is situated as a potential break point for families visiting a nearby aquarium. It also features a snack bar.
Environment: I-Guana Jump Bounce House is described as a "good break point for impatient children" visiting the aquarium. It features inflatables for kids to play in. However, a recent review noted a significant issue with a leaky roof causing the flooring to get wet. This reviewer also raised concerns about the proximity of electrical units and massage chairs to the wet flooring, citing potential safety hazards. There is also an open area near the counter that one reviewer suggested could be utilized for a soccer field or other sports activities.
Services: As a featured amusement center in our Theme Park Directory, I-Guana Jump Bounce House primarily offers access to its bounce houses for children to play. It also has a snack bar, providing refreshments for visitors. A suggestion was made by a reviewer to add a ball claw machine priced at $0.50 with guaranteed wins to further entertain children and potentially increase business. However, a concerning incident was reported where a staff member at the bounce house ticket counter allegedly showed a lack of urgency and inadequate response when informed about a lost child, also failing to comfort the child.
Features: The main feature of I-Guana Jump Bounce House is the availability of inflatable bounce houses for children's play. The addition of a snack bar is another feature mentioned. A long bounce house in the back corner was specifically enjoyed by one visitor's children. However, the reported leaky roof leading to wet flooring and the proximity of electrical units are significant features that raise safety concerns. The alleged lack of proper protocol and empathy from a staff member regarding a lost child is also a notable negative feature.
Promotional Information: I-Guana Jump Bounce House is positioned as a convenient and fun addition for families visiting the aquarium, offering a space for children to release energy. The snack bar is promoted as an awesome addition. One reviewer suggested adding a guaranteed-win ball claw machine and utilizing the open space for sports to further enhance its appeal and revenue. However, potential local users should be aware of a concerning recent review detailing a leaky roof causing wet and potentially hazardous conditions with electrical units, as well as a troubling lack of appropriate response from staff regarding a lost child. These safety and staff behavior issues significantly detract from any potential promotional aspects. Local users are advised to consider these serious concerns before visiting I-Guana Jump Bounce House. Contacting them at (210) 310-3210 or +1 210-310-3210 might provide further information on the current state and safety measures.
In conclusion, I-Guana Jump Bounce House in San Antonio, TX, as featured in our Theme Park Directory, offers inflatable bounce houses and a snack bar, conveniently located near an aquarium. This place is a great addition to aquarium, a good break point for impatient children. Adding snack bar is also an awesome addition to this mid-way point.SO PLEASE ADD A BALL CLAW MACHINE FOR $.50/50 cents then all kids have there own balls for games and they win for 50 cents. Literally a win win for kids and business. A lot of potential with inflatables just add some always win claw machine for candy and bouncy/soccer/footballs. Please price at .50 cents wins. You will make crazy money...Also add soccer field in open area from counter or ball machines. Just having soccer, volleyball and basketball in open space will make kids and parents use claw machines! Please utilize this technique for kids, parents and business...

When we finished the aquarium we went back to let our kids play in the bounce house and my kids take their shoes off and their socks get wet from the leaky roof. I’m not a safety tech but why are there electrical units on the ground with wet flooring? Massage chairs were also on the wet flooring? (It did pour just before we got there but still!? Safety first) I just don’t understand the logic. Then a little girl comes up to me saying “where’s my mommy” and I take her to the front so the staff can help me find the mom. Well I tell the girl at the bounce house ticket counter and she stares at me blankly then goes to converse and laugh with her coworker. Well that infuriated me. I told her look this baby can’t find her mom are you going to announce anything, help her, get a manager or…?!? She tells me “oh I’m just telling my coworker, hang on” so obviously this worker doesn’t have a missing kid protocol or she’s just messing around. I could not bring myself to leave this little girl with this knuckle head with no sense of urgency. Not only that she didn’t even think to comfort the little girl. So I have this dummy that works at a kid place with no child interaction skills 😂 what is that?! If you work at a Childrens place why wouldn’t you be more charismatic and inviting? Very strange place. My son and daughter did enjoy the long bounce house in the back corner

Avoid if you are just looking for a jump place for kids. You have to pay for admission to the aquarium if you want to get in. It should not be listed as it's own place on Google if you can't get in for just the play place.

Awesome place! You have to watch your own kid if you want to make sure they don't pummel another kid or get squished by a bigger kid but other than that a great place to bring kids. About 6 bouncers. Not intended for adults. They have food and refreshments for purchase, a bathroom (unfortunately today the woman's bathroom only had one working stall) and a water fountain. They even have a small ball pit for 3 and under. Food and refreshments includes: pizza, nachos, dip n dots, icees (big red and blue fanta), iced lemonades with flavor syrups, frozen yogurt, juice, chocolate milk and i think energy drinks. The prices are of course slightly inflated. But you do get 99cent refills on icee cups (8$)

Little ones love it here. They can play for hours and really enjoy themselves. Nice little snack bar that offers their favorites. ** restrooms do need CONSTANT maintenance.
