Ice Skating Rink - Artificial Ice

THEY ARE SO UNDERRATED! I found them last minute while I was looking for a place to host my child’s 3rd birthday party. They have a lot of fun activities for kids. Bounce house, Arcade games, Skating, and some more stuff I can’t think of off the top of my head. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and made us feel very welcomed. They were accommodating and I loved our host even tho gratuity was included I tipped extra. I really hope they grow because they definitely deserve more recognition than they’re getting.

This place is fantastic. Hareem, the event coordinator was a breeze to work with, extremely helpful and hands on. We had over 30 kids for our party and everything went smooth. I like the fact that there’s a space for kids of all ages, even teens. Big thumbs up!

The place has several different areas for kids of different ages. Smaller kids have the bumper cars, bounce house , play scape and kinetic sand building. Older kids can enjoy the VR games with a cool VR escape room. The ice skating is different for sure but once my daughter got the hang of it she enjoyed it. All in a all a few hours of fun was had.

We were really excited to go skating and were thrilled when we found this place. However, it didn't turn out to be what I had expected. The synthetic rink with the ice skater wasn't suitable for us to truly skate. It seemed more geared towards kids who were learning to balance on the ice. The lady at the counter insisted on charging us the regular adult price, which didn't seem fair considering the setup was more suitable for children. It would have been nice if she had been aware of this and allowed us to at least give it a try before charging us, especially since she mentioned it was non-refundable.

The website had said they close at 10 for the soft opening and when I arrived there at 8:30 after confirming over the phone that they do in fact close at 10, we're vacuuming and mopping the floors with the staff giving me a blank stare. The concession stand was closed and the staff were working on cleaning up and getting out of there. I can't speak on the arcade or VR that is there, but the "synthetic ice" is pieces of plastic flooring put together. I was disappointed in the experience and was courteous not to go "ice skating" since they had already mopped the floor leading up to it. I was still curious about the VR and had asked one of the workers there if I could observe the VR room, which they said yes and It did in fact look interesting. But I was told to leave the room shortly after and pay to be in there when I was simply observing what would be worthwhile if I did pay. There were also no other customers there and that shows me that if they were there and enjoyed their time, they would stay til close. Since I cannot reply, I will edit my response. I don't acknowledge that the place was dirty, simply that the entire floor is being mopped and blocked access to many of the locations including the concession stand, which I guess doesn't matter because it appeared closed. You weren't cleaning for more customers as the staff was vacuuming and mopping with a bizarre look on their face when we arrived. According to you, why would you clean for more customers if it was 9pm, Thursday a weekday, where you hardly find many people having fun at this time. You were closing up because there was a lack of customers, not to clean a mess or show cleanliness. Many arcade locations and other fun activities are open well past midnight. I can understand you have your own closing time, but no other customer was there an hour and a half before closing. It is also funny to see your staff leave biased review after I leave my own.
