Honest and charitable review. There's a lot of negative reviews that I feel came with unrealistically high expectations. This is the high desert. If you can understand that, then I think you can appreciate this location. Our guide was NOT wasted like others have stated, and I found him to be professional and welcoming. He promptly came out when we entered. Even though he had an active room, he tended to any questions I had. We did the wizard lair. Guide was communicative and gave hints when we asked. We are not pRoFeSsIoNaL escape artists like other reviewers (weird flex), and we were able to complete it with a couple of minutes to spare. So be encouraged that if we can do it, so can you. There is certainly some wear and tear on items, but that doesn't change the clues and mission. We had fun and made a great memory. Thankful for people willing to make our community a little better by putting their livelihood on the line to start a business. It's not an easy task. All in all- price, ambiance, and staff, I'd say 7/10 recommend.

It was our first escape room and honestly it was a challenge. We needed hints. Lol. We did the haunted ship and it was fun with 7 of us but I think they could have started you with 1 clue that leads to others. And they should have put scary noises sense it's "haunted"... But overall it was fun.

Celebrated my son's 17th birthday. Booking, parking, check-in process and hosts were great. Awesome customer service. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire booking process. Teens had a great time working together in the Stark Lab and finished 5 minutes before time ran out. Host set up a table in the hall for us to use after. I brought in food/drinks and cleaned up before we left. Looking forward to returning and trying other rooms. Highly recommend trying this place out. Best to book in advance for larger groups. 🎉

To start this off, if I could give a 0 star review I would. I'm a seasoned escape room player and have played 50+ escape rooms. Going here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an escape room. To start when we showed up to the escape room approximately 10 minutes early as we had to add 2 more people to our reservation. We didn't see a worker for 15 minutes until someone came in from outside bringing in bags from a store. By time the worker who actually helped us came around they looked and acted as if they were high on drugs and were just waking up. By time the inebriated worker finally got us into our room after a lackluster and slurred introduction, we found out the room was seemingly not much better. We walked into a room that had no lighting and weren't even shown we had flashlights in the box that was supposed to "help us out". So after struggling to find lights in a box we couldn't see we started looking around with barely adequate lights to find out the room didn't even look like it had been properly reset. Some locks that should've been locked were still open there was trash, dust bunnies and other things just lying around. There was even a random folding chair and a box fan just sitting on the floor as if the room was being used as a storage room. After having to ask for help on multiple occasions because of puzzles being skipped and the torn up cluebook that came in the box that was supposed to "help us out", we finally made it to a second room with broken items all around. We proceeded to use a light switch that was open and accessible to reduce the strain on the eyes and after we turned it on were told to turn it off as "we weren't supposed to turn on the lights". After continuing to struggle with puzzles that skipped steps that you were forced to ask for help with and boxes that should've opened but were not possible to open without breaking said boxes, we were finally told at the end of 60 minutes that we had failed. We weren't told anything else about the room we were only asked how it was and we replied in earnest that is was bad. After that we simply left and proceeded to vent for the next few minutes in the parking lot and then proceeding to vent for over an hour after due to the abysmal waste of money that is Impossible Escape.

Genuinely terrible experience. After multiple other escape rooms around California with my local friend group, this was by FAR the worst. Night started off waiting 15 minutes on the lobby, calling the store, knocking, YELLING. The only reason we were assisted is because a 2nd employee came back from a grocery run. Turns out the guy running our room was baked out of his mind. Once we got in the room, half the flashlights began dying out. The theme of room half existed, and it turns out Dumbledore is a big fan of Masterlock buke locks and toggle switches. The decorations were all broken down, dollar/ drug store clearance rack BS. The puzzles were not intuitive and were more stumbled upon solutions. turns out the book we were supposed to reference had MULTIPLE torn out pages. Decorations were torn off the wall, and the guy running the room barely paid attention. Our group had to solve one puzzle multiple times after following a verbatim instruction. The pictures on the wall were broken into pieces, which, according to previous reviews, has been that way for a solid year. One of our puzzles was actually stuck closed, and we assumed it was meant to do that for 20 total minutes before requesting a hint where we were told to open the stuck box. There were multiple other problems in the room, terrible hints, and genuinely a horrible experience enough that we wanted out around the 30 min mark. Perhaps the real escape room was getting out to the parking lot after wasting our money.
