Inferno Escape Room

This place is a ripoff! We had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 pm and arrived at 7:15. The door was locked and all the lights were out inside. We waited for 10 minutes pondering what do and then left for a bite to eat. We got a call about 30 minutes later while driving on the Freeway from Inferno asking were we were. The caller said we could still visit the game room if we could be there in 10 minutes and of course, being so far away, that was impossible. We asked if we could reschedule and the caller said he'd have to ask the owner for permission to do so. Long story short, we were denied and they kept our money. This is a lousy way to do business and I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. The staff at every other escape room I've visted have been very accomodating and professional. There are just too many other quality escape rooms to visit rather than risk having these shysters steal your money. We really enjoyed Dynamic Escape Rooms and Paragon.

This was our first escape room experience and I have to say it was the best possible experience we could have asked for! Great time, John was a great host, being our first time was thorough in explaining everything well and we rocked the Candy Shop room! Lots of fun and laughs! Highly recommend this place! 5 stars ++!

We have done two escape rooms here. One was for a date night and we did LIT which was so fun. If you haven't done an escape room, it can really test your relationship :) It took lots of hints but it was still so much fun. They personalized our experience a bit with writing my husband's name on the mirror. I loved that! We bought the gift card/code deal and came back with our kids. We picked the candy shop and our girls LOVED it (9 and 7 yrs old). They were able to do the code on the locks but struggled with the puzzle aspect which was fine because mom and dad could help figure it out. We finished the puzzle and got a sweet treat which was such a surprised for all of us. They had the right amount of treats for each of us, which again felt so personalized. As we left, we popped in to see Santa's workshop and our kids begged us to come back (they're hoping they get another treat-lol). We bought the deal again so we can save some more money and bring the girls back for one of their birthdays. The hosts are so awesome too! They really know when to step in (without over stepping) depending on how you're doing with the puzzle/clue. Definitely a must do for couples and families!

AMAZINGLY fun escape rooms! We went with the intention of doing one of the rooms but had so much fun we ended up staying till after close to do all four. We had a blast. And a thank you to the store manager John for putting up with and even encouraging our shenanigans. Really great game master and hella funny. Would 1000% recommend and will be back for the d&d escape room

This is our second time to Inferno Escape Room and it was so much fun. We played the Candy Shop game and it was perfect for my family of four. We all had fun solving the puzzles and the kids loved the surprise at the end. Great time with the family, definitely recommend Inferno Escape Rooms.
