John's Incredible Pizza - Carson

Upon arrival at 7:45pm the manager Jorge, informed us that the store will be closing soon and the buffet only had half of the normal items. I asked are you encouraging us to leave. He responded,”no I just don’t want you complaining about the lack of food because the buffet closes at 8:30pm and we aren’t bringing out anymore food. The buffet didn’t have half of the normal items. We had no where to sit after making our plates. All the tables were dirty. The entire buffet area was nasty. Stuff everywhere, floors were disgusting. Jorge went back in forth with me because I asked him to please be a working manager and assist his team with cleaning tables as I waited 10 minutes and nobody was available to do so. He refused and walked away. We continued to wait. Customers were standing around the buffet eating their food. Staff members were standing around chatting with each other. The customer service was horrible. Nobody knew how to speak to the customers. As we were ending our night one of the game attendants said to us, “if you want to cash in your tickets you better go up there we about to close”. I suggested the next time maybe she should say, “we are closing in 10 minutes if you have tickets to redeem you may want to go now before the counter closes”. She said, “I’m tired and I want to go home”.

Fun place to play but not to eat. Salad bar was disgusting, salads had water in them. Waited over 45 minutes for chicken nuggets and when we finally went to get some they were all out. This was our first time here and it wasn’t fun food experience.

Our first time here and it did not disappoint. Walking in, the place was so organized and clean for such a large establishment. I loved that the restaurant part was on one side and the games were on the other. The buffet selection was amazing. Along with all the other pastas, soups, salads, desserts and much more. The staff was really friendly and there were so many games for the kids to enjoy. If you haven't been here, you must!

This place can be pretty chaotic with kids running a muck! I did have a great experience, and the workers tried really hard to make it a positive experience. I booked a party for 100 people and the capacity in the cabin fever room is for 95. I was told we could add chairs, but this was wrong. I recommend you physically go check out the room and look for the max capacity because they will not add tables or chairs to the room. I was offered to move rooms but our party was hunting camo theme so we decided to stay and it worked out because some guest got there really late. Once you give the kids the play cards there was availability for the extra guests. Our host was gone half the time making animal balloons. I think they should have them made before the party starts. She was really sweet. If I had known no one would cover her, I would have just canceled the balloons. I ended up busses dirty plates until she got back. Once our party was over, they let us stay, but our room was no longer a private event. I really liked that they were lenient about that. The food area was clean and fully stocked during our party time of 12:30p -2p. I commend the workers in our room. They made a good effort to pick up dirty plates after our party time. Once it hit 3p. The crowds came, and it became chaotic with the number of people there. At the buffet, the food was running out, floors were dirty, and plates everywhere. Also, their AC was not working, and it was hot. Overall it was a good experience. If you are having a party, I recommend you have it during their off peak hours. The kids.... let me tell you that they had a BLAST! They loved it. Thats what counts. Happy Chomping!

Definitely a Bang for your Buck if you got Kids that wanna Eat Crappy Food and Enjoy Game/Entertainment for a good few hrs. As for Cleanliness, Weeeelllĺ ... Let's just say they CAN start that. The attempt to enter/pay was an issue. The machines don't accept tap or chipped card, it's old school so put your cards in. Then there was no receipts so you gotta wait in another line for that. Theeennn, there's never any clean plates up at the buffet. As for the restroom ...DO NOT ENTER cause clearly no cleaning crew has either. Other then that, Your kids will absolutely LOVE this place.
