Jump N' Jam Playland Introduce

Welcome to Jump N' Jam Playland, located at 16795 Torrence Ave, Lansing, IL 60438, USA. As an indoor playground listed in the Theme Park Directory, Jump N' Jam Playland aims to provide a space for children to play and have fun. However, it is important to note that the available customer reviews present a largely negative picture of this establishment.

Based on the provided reviews, numerous customers have reported significant issues with the staff and overall experience at Jump N' Jam Playland. One reviewer stated that even a 1-star rating felt too high. They described an unprofessional encounter at the front desk where an employee was yelling offensive language. This customer also experienced issues with not being given an adult wristband despite paying for one, and then being questioned about it shortly after entering the play area. They were also not given a receipt.

The same reviewer recounted a negative experience at the concession stand, waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes to purchase water for their thirsty children, only to be told that the stand was closed past the closing time, despite the customer having been in line before that time. The subsequent interaction trying to obtain water was described as unhelpful and rude, culminating in the customer leaving with their children feeling that the experience was not worth the cost.

Another reviewer, who visited for their daughter’s first birthday despite seeing predominantly bad reviews online, reported a similarly negative experience. Their 2-hour session started 20 minutes late due to the doors not being unlocked on time and a slow payment process. They described the staff as very rude, constantly watching and reprimanding the only two families present for minor play behaviors. The owner herself was also described as rude, attempting to rush them out even before their full 2-hour session was over. This reviewer explicitly stated that the negative reviews they had seen prior were accurate and that they would not return or recommend the place due to the rude and unprofessional service.

Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding rude and unprofessional staff, poor customer service, issues with timing and concessions, and a generally unpleasant environment, potential local users are strongly advised to consider these reviews when deciding whether to visit Jump N' Jam Playland. No positive features or promotional information could be objectively extracted from the provided customer feedback.

Even rating this place 1 star is just too much. If you are planning on taking your children here or even throwing a party please save yourself the hassle. I entered and paid, the lady who was helping me at the front desk was yelling about how she can’t wait to leave this “mfer” as if my children weren’t standing right there. Just ghetto! I paid for an adult band which she said they didn’t have any at the moment, yet the second I walked my kids onto the carpet to play someone came up to me asking me where was wristband was. I told them I wasn’t given one and they asked me for a receipt, which I wasn’t given that either. And let’s be forreal, it was a $5 charge but to approach me as if I’m sneaking in to watch my kids play is crazy work. I should’ve just left then. As our 2 hour limit is coming to an end, my kids expressed that they wanted water. I got in the concession line at 7:30. There was only one lady there in the meantime and by the time I made it to the front of the line it was 7:52. The lady then told me they close at 7:45 and she can’t take my order. I simply stated that my kids are thirsty I just wanted water and I’ve been standing in line before it was even 7:45. When I got in line there was only 2 people ahead of me. The lady then told me to step to the pick up window and she’d get me water. I stood at the pick up window for an additional 10 minutes. I finally asked someone I saw back there can I have some water and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. The lady that originally told me to stand there told me she couldn’t give me water that’s not where I get it from, and I reminded her that she’s the one who told me to stand there. She looked confused and then told me just practice patience. I potently gathered my children and left. Those $100 Amazon blow up house are not worth the trouble of the rude ass staff.

Was taking my daughter somewhere for her first birthday, so looking up amusement places online jump n jam was one. Looked at the reviews and seen nothing but bad reviews with maybe one or two good. Still decided to give it a chance. Session was supposed to be from 4-6 (a 2 hour session) and they didnt unlock the door til 4 on the dot. Then the boy up front took forever to get us paid and in the place. Didn’t get to start playing until 4:20. The staff was very rude and followed the only two families around that were in the place. Just watching us play literally and kept saying put the balls back keep them in there just very rude. The owner herself was very rude also. She tried sending my 5yo to the front of the building because she had her shoes on because they were rushing us out at 6pm. Meanwhile her whole family was in the way back of the building. Mind you we didn’t even get the full 2 hours. I don’t like to go specifically off of reviews because everyone is different but somehow all of the negative and bad reviews I seen prior were in fact true. In other words we will not be going back to this place. I do not recommend. Very rude and unprofessional. Do better!!!!!!

I took my 3 kids here for their birthday yesterday to start the day and get energy out. We ended up staying and doing a walk in party for them with our family. It was clean, staff were friendly, plenty of space to sit, and the price was perfect! They have finger food that’s perfect for kids, slushies, and games for the kids. Plenty of jumpy houses and room for kids to play. The staff walking around provided great customer service. The security guard guy was a little aggressive but nothing crazy. The ladies in the kitchen were patient and nice. I had a stroller with me and was able to walk on the outskirts of the jumpy houses (it wasn’t as crowded yet). Overall we all had a blast and we will be back! Thank you all for your great customer service.

Had my son birthday party here yesterday I was so appreciative that the manager Wanda assisted me with making this happen . any mishaps we were quickly assisted so I was grateful for that. The only thing I did not like was the turning off the lights while customers are still in the building. It made some of the children I brought uneasy but overall I love the flexibility of bringing in balloons and cakes without all the unnecessary fees unlike most places! My children really enjoyed themselves and would recommend!

It was good. Plenty of parking, a lot of room sections for private or public parties. The only downside was their food services super slow. They need to improve on their speed. The food was good, nice and hot but it took over 45 minutes to get a order or chicken tenders and nachos. Just don't ever go there really hungry, you are definitely out of luck. Everything else was fine. They also had security as well. I was there for my grandbaby's birthday. He enjoyed himself.
