Jump 'n Jammin

It is $20 for one child and one adult to enter. You and your child must both be wearing socks or else you will have to purchase socks to enter. Shoes for both adult and child have to be checked in at the entrance. The facility is quite clean, the floors or mostly padded industrial carpet. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and floors were dry (thank goodness!). You and child will wear wristbands which allows you exit and re-enter all day as you please. Have fun!

We were looking for something to do in the area. The jump place by are house was closed. ON A SATURDAY. So, we ended up here. Let me tell you. The staff is so friendly, place was well air conditioned and you can leave and come back. We played at the arcades 2 stores over, had lunch and was able to come back. Me and my son are big Knott's Berry farm goers but honestly this was so much fun. We will definitely be back. Our new favorite getaway.

Excellent idea for kids & toddlers to spend a fun time while at the mall. Prices are fair and you can go in/out as pleased. Make sure you bring your socks or buy some in the mall, otherwise you’ll pay $4 for a pair! Staff is very nice and helpful

I was promised an imaginary party pack. As im unloading our party food onto their rack, she sees what food I had and says rice wasn’t allowed, I told her no one informed me of that rule and she said technically they can’t say we can’t eat it but they wouldn’t recommend it because it’s harder for them to clean. As my party is arriving, I did have someone who is medically disabled who just had surgery and couldn’t wear socks and they still forced her to wear them if she wanted to entire even if no play. The staff didn’t host as told they promised, we weren’t allowed in our party room in time because they were cleaning it from the party before and they took that time away from my party and didn’t allow us to cut our cake, and we had to ignore their request to get out basically to just sing happy birthday. Then we couldn’t cut the cake or eat it inside the facility. We left the party room and we were told we had extra play time and over the intercom they announced my party name and said “.. they have to go” The manager Leilani was very rude when I asked about why we couldn’t get our full time in the room and we were told extra time (30mins) would be at a charge of $60 and Leilani said it was $90 so I didn’t accept when I heard a price change and I asked why when I was told it would be $60 she shrugged her shoulders and said she could charge my card on file if I liked, insinuating it’s either pay it or get out. All in all , not a good place to have a party. The play areas were VERY dirty AND dusty as if they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The restrooms were also dirty and the staff wasn’t monitoring the play areas as they should have, kids were going up the slide and getting hit by others going down and all staff was huddled in the front desk including our party host. I along with the people in my party, we will never be back and we will recommend NOT to come here.

We just had a birthday party here for our daughter for the second time (last year and again this year) and both times were amazing. A huge shout out to Guillermo today for being so nice and helpful. The birthday kid gets a little canvas bag with some goodies in it and he drew some Squishmallows on it, since that was her party theme. Everything was amazing at both parties we’ve had here.
