Been there twice. They always post pictures of character costumes, and I've never seen one person dressed up. My kids loved it overall. Felt like it was missing something, not sure what. Kid friendly. You sign a waiver if you're kids get hurt. Not much for a teenager.

We loved jump zone for a party! Very easy to book and we opted for a room helper and that was the best! Max was awesome and he helped me stay on schedule. The kids had a blast. The room was big enough and we bought the pizza bundle and it was great! The kids played for a good while and never got bored! What a party hit! We will be back especially when it's too cold for parks! Book your event here you won't be sorry!!

Its fairly reasonable priced to get in the door. You only have to pay for the kids to come in. But then you have to pay for a card and put credits on said card. to play any of the games. I spent more on credits than i did getting my kids in. And they had the credits used up in About 10 minutes. There are bouce houses. And a big like playground type equipment climbing thing. All in all the kids had fun. We went for spring break.

The inflatables and the place is a cool vibe! On my part I should have asked before, if play was unlimited. I thought that the time was just the room, but no it’s all. After 1 hour and 45 minutes it’s over you are out of the building. I would just say to put it on the website not after purchase when it’s too late because you would lose your $100 deposit. It was also weird because they have their own party format. 1 hour of play and then last 45 minutes pizza arrives. I hope maybe it can be something they can change, where the people renting it out can decide. In the future maybe giving the party package an extra hour of play after the party room is closed. They were nice people asking if everything was good through out the event during a busy day.
